Someone on twitter has a signature thing that shows Vic might have signed his documents Vic instead of Victor, and the Furher thinks he has them dead to rights. He is going to allege Ty wrote the tor part, but Vic just has to say that he wrote that part - done and done. The Furher looks dumb in front of the Judge.

So, he doesn't quite understand what a signature is then? How did this man get through law-school, he is struggling with so many simple things.
Since a signature is basically "a person's name written in a distinctive way as a form of identification in authorizing a cheque or document or concluding a letter. "

At this point I am not sure if it is dumb, butthurt, or desperation. Or perhaps all 3, but it is.....certainly something.

This is literally nothing. Even if Ty wrote the tor part as long as Vic was made aware of it and says it's alright then it's alright.
What sort of -5D chess is Fuhrer playing at?

He's going to say with notary problem and now this signature problem the whole unsworn declaration has to be tossed, and by the way, Judge, please sanction Mr. Beard. Pretty please with sugar on top. I made you all those binders. Aren't I a good lawyer, yet? Please love me and give me what I want!

I am going with all three

I'm planning on cooking myself a nice dinner and making a few drinks for watching the stream regardless of outcome. I'm Pro-Vic, but I also 100% have faith that he will be okay even if shit hits the fan because he's resourceful and determined.

For the sheer bullshit that's going to go down, dinner with a show sounds like the only option to take in all the shit that goes down.

And of course, hearing input makes it even more delicious

Do you think Jdolf will be scolded by the juge tomorrow ?
I mean, Ty must be pretty close to ask him to do so with all the bullshit he has being doing...

Remember he probably wont stream tomorrow.

Are you talking about Nick's stream? If so, it sounds as if that might seem like Nick is wining and dining with you. That would be pretty cool.

Also, the judge has thirty days to rule on the TCPA motions. Tomorrow could just be a bunch of standard back and forth in court going over the same ground we have already seen in the fillings with no resolution until a later day.
Or he could deliver a decision tomorrow solely because he doesn’t want to see these people until the actual trial.

So do you think moronica were in better hands when casey was leading the charge or are they better goosestepping with the fuhrer?

Depends on how one views it.
I don't think they'd have raving success with Casey in an obvious win. I really got the feeling it was MoRonica driving that train right into a fiery pit with Casey kinda just trying to do the best he could with the insanity that was his clients and his case (which I think they might have misrepresented to him). I think he could have gotten them a good deal, not that they'd ever accept or take it.

With jDolph here; it's gonna crash and burn. Cause I think he will see it through to the end, by any means necessary. A part of me thinks Perez and Casey kinda got stink-eyed for their work on the case (and thus they both changed firms after a possible polite conversation with the higher-ups.) I think Lemwah is made from the same cloth as them and the insanity of his law-sperging ops will know no end. This can go on for years.

Conclusion: It would have been less bad and painful with Casey, if they actually would listen to his advice. With Lemwah, well, kiwifarms will have fun at least.

I honestly think if I were monica and ron, that I would literally sue the shit out of casey and LemWAAAAAH for grievous malpractice.

Casey was better.
I'm pretty sure the Moronicas hired Jdolf because Casey was desagreeing with them too much on what to do.
EDIT: They wanted a lawyer who was onboard with all their stupid schemes, and Casey probably wasn't.
EDIT: But Jdolf seems to be just the same as them.

I'm still convinced that Casey was doing the best he was able to with his idiotic clients.
I wouldn't even blame him for the sexist comment, I mean, his client just came up with the genius "I don't recall" tactic...

Casey might have been A Tragic Villain, which is why I think season 1 of weeb wars was the best. You could get that feeling that casey doing what he could.

I am guessing that Casey was removed from lead due to the ass handing Ty gave him over the Deposition shenanigans.

The super lolyers got into Ron’s Ear and said “get this guy, he is a TCPA specialist” and they have been working on the lawtwitter group project for this.
Andrea is a non factor.
