Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Could you tell me when you got this document? Cause ANN somehow already has a story about it.

The timing is suspicious as fuck.

"Mignogna Receives Court Order to Appear at Friday Hearing".

If September 6th goes well for Vic, it'll be so funny if they forget again that there's a case in court.
"What case are you talking about? We don't recall."

I’m confused by the summons. Is it just to compel Vic to testify, or his whole legal team?

What’s the point of it anyway? Would Vic not otherwise be in attendance?

Someone help this newfag out....

Lemoine is literally telling the whole team to go to him in the morning. I really, REALLY don't get how he could possibly think this would mean anything besides pissing people off.

Its not a trial, Its a hearing, I'm fairly certain there's no witness testimony until trial most of the time.

Lemoine is trying to turn this into a criminal trial about Fraud against Ty instead of deal with the TCPA hearing, Lemoine doesn't have the authority or ability to do that. He's literally not allowed.

So is there any other way to know what is happening in the hearing besides what Nick will be tweeting out?

Isn't the screenshot of Steph saying she's hacked supposedly photoshopped? She hasn't said anything publicly.
That was suspected at first but yesterday there were two identical Stephanie's on facebook (name and picture were the same). One made years ago and one a few days ago, the fake one disappeared. So people are assuming the messages came from the fake one since there is not a lot in that screenshot.

With this summons thing I think Lemoine miiiiiiight be trying to prove that if Vic can't make it because of work then there's no TI since he has employment.
I know Vic would have way more work if not for this slander but that's the angle I can see this being played.

Mike Dunford announced it on Twitter at 1:17 PST. The ANN article came out about an hour later.
