Honestly, I'll probably take a break myself. What's frustrating about his whole thing is that we have no known credible sources actively reporting. Just people that we know have lied and/or are heavily biased and are leaving out details.

Marchi getting dismissed is probably credible. It was the expected outcome. We haven’t seen any evidence of Marchi directly I interfering with contracts and her defamatory statements were mainly hyperbole.

While I don't want to rule it out, Marchi had the weakest case, it seems odd that Chupp would dismiss ALL charges today, when he has 30 days. TI I can definitely see, and without the discord, conspiracy is probably out, but I feel like Vic's testimony that he never pulled her hair as described makes a prima facie case for defamation, but IANAL.

Lawyers are usually in serious mode in front of a judge, I don't think anyone is grinning, at least not externally.

EDIT: Also, that's only the point I personnally stoped following his twitter, but other people are reporting other inconsistencies in his tweets.
