There are conflicting accounts that state TI is still on the table.

With a bunch of exceptional laypeople in the audience, I would assume they don't understand the difference between outright dismissal of a claim and reservation of a claim.

The judge didn't consider the second amended petition, which contained both Dahlin's and Slatosch's declarations.
