I suppose we'll know soon when Nick gets his hands on the transcripts, but even from his tweet, I get the impression that while he's dissapointed he still thinks the judge was fair. At the end of the day, that's all you want for your complaint to be taken seriously and assessed by a competent legal professional.
While a few emotional posters might be eager to dismiss the Judge as some incompetent, see it from Chupp's point of view. He's not emotionally invested in this. He shouldn't be swayed by bollocks like whether or not Ron is a wife-beater, or whether Marchi likes it up the ass, or that Chris Sabat regularly exercises his hips, none of that is relevant to THIS case.
What about a bunch of fuckheads on twitter, he needs to please them right? What are we at now? Gamergate 3.0? Is this where the gaymers team up with the abos and the kiwis?
As it should be... his job isn't to please a bunch of emotional children on a forum but to look at the case completely impartially and objectively and thus to rule on it, in accordance with the law. Nothing more, nothing less!
I'm guessing the judge is one of those "Keep It Simple, Stupid" types. They didn't need to add full transcripts of shit. lol
Thats the thing they werent thrown out but the judge says he wasnt considering them. Does that mean they are in evidence or not?
As much as I lol at his twitter sperging he knows how to meme in court if thats true.Well, he isn't wrong, I will give him that.
It isn't over until the Boomer stops muting himself so we got plenty of time.as Yogi Berra once said "it ain't over till it's over"

At least this came from a source that understands law terms. It's safe to say that TI got dismissed.
I hope Nick puts his foot down on GFM/crowdfunding shilling. It's been out of hand for a while now.The Superchats on Nick's next show are gonna be unbearable.
Nick, at 2 AM, drunk and reading like an inner city 9th grader: "Hey Nick my dad just died of a massive hashtag heart attack and the vic case has me so depressed that I might kill myself. can I get a moment of silence for my sister who got brutally raped so I know what A REAL VICTIM is like. Please say this in Macho Man Randy Savage's voice. Hashtag I Stand With Vic."
"Wow. Uh. Sorry to hear that buddy. Mythos Serving says..."
My god Sargon was wrong all along. We thought we had to get trump to tweet about Gamergate when it was actually Vic was the one we neededWhat are we at now? Gamergate 3.0? Is this where the gaymers team up with the abos and the kiwis?

He never said it was a guarantee and always made sure to point out that no matter how good a case may seem, humans have the ultimate decision. Ty fumbled, Chupp cucked, and the Chupps fall where they do. Not the end of the world!
Image how he must have felt at this point, when he figured out that he has to also Tard wrangle.Someone said chupp put his face in his hands. Wonder if it was at this.
Exactly fucking correct. I believe this is the precise right attitude to have about any of this. Even a cursory examination of legal proceedings of this type will show that they often don't go the way one might hope. Don't get it twisted; I'm not saying "court bad, us good" or some nonsense like that. It's simply that people like the Funimation crew and the Twitter tards, as shitty as they clearly are, don't get served justice in civil court (and often in trial court). Just how it goes. Some of you are too invested in this shit. If you don't like the SJWs in your Chinese cartoons fucking learn to read and watch subs. This was never a slam dunk from the begining and no amount of chimping out will change anything. Sit back and watch other people be exceptional, don't throw a hissy and be exceptional yourselves.
Why? TCPA doesn't applyI now worry for Richard Meyer's case.
I don't mean emotional investment, of course judge shouldn't be, that would make him a bad judge. I meant intellectual investment (is this even a thing? It is now) - judging by the reports, he simply didn't care to give the case the attention it deserves. I could be wrong, but that's my impression.
