Orbiter Jessica vs The Physiotherapist Corp - 04Sep2019 » YANIV, Jessica v H MORRIS & N SZUCS PHYSIOTHERAPIST CORP

He might have gone after the PT because she is a real woman with real breasts. You can see his fixation.

He probably got handsy with the PT and she slapped him.

Oooh, he actually filed one in big-boy court? Yeah, yeah, I know it's only small claims, but it's still Actual Court(tm). Unlike the tribunal kangaroo court, the real ones don't take the plaintiff's side automatically and they also provide actual due process to the defendants. This should be hilarious.

Of course, this is Canada we're talking about. It's probably illegal to cough in court in front of a tranny or some shit.

He's tried to shake people down in Small Claims before, and once he made a nuisance of himself at Civil Supreme in 2016 when he was trying to fleece Andrew Barron using his Sole Prop JY Knows IT.

I've got more, but I'll put them in order over the weekend.

This is his second bed claim, the first being that workmen got on his bed that he got from Yitzhak and broke it.

Note also that he himself used the word "seizure" for himself in an official public document. I wonder if anyone's forwarded it to the Canadian DMV equivalent.

And ETA, 8840 210nd St Langley 505 is a UPS store maildrop https://www.madvix.com/CA/Langley/531020210242988/The-UPS-Store-Langley. A maildrop that replaced his Vancouver one?

:story:

I hope they respond by counter-suing for the cost of the broken table. Can you request discovery in small claims? Can they ask him to stand on a scale to show he's over the table's weight limit?

I also hope they Google him and DO NOT SETTLE. Yaniv is worth the $ to litigate against.

"the bed cracked & broke in two"

"my lower back was still on the bed with my head & upper back facing towards the floor"

"I believe I received a seizure during this time AS I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE BED BROKE"

So he remembers the position of his body after the bed breaking.....

BUT doesn't remember what happened after the bed broke?

HUH??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I just checked a medical list of things that trigger seizures and yeah, acute social embarrassment isn't on there.

The sad part is jonny isn't even a good liar...

It pretty much comes down to a "I know U are but what am I" defense

12 days for the physiologist to reply...

35k is no small chunk of change

& the Docs reputation?

Add to that jonnys known reputation with frivolous lawsuits & behaviors.

I can't see the Docs not lawyering up to save their reputation & 35K

This is gonna be good

He sure as fuk didn't look like he had any mobility problems running after the scooter or swinging his cane...Both of which happened after the broken bed.
No doubt working through the pain as only true martyrs do.

Plus if he's been told to keep mobile and exercise then what better than belting someone with a cane, two birds with one stone there.

Edit: I have been corrected further in the thread. I'm exceptional and shouldn't lawsperg.

I think it's also worth noting that even if this did all happen, the laws around negligence and being able to sue are pretty different between Canada and the states. A simple accident wouldn't be enough to get money, it would have to be shown that the PT's did things to be deliberately negligent such as disregarding health codes, not using or maintaining safety equipment, etc. Because of our healthcare, huge medical bills aren't really a thing and we have laws to protect your job if you're temporarily disabled, so suing because of lost wages (as if he has any) or medical bills isn't really a big thing here.

Often an accident is just seen as "tough shit" up here.

First he has to prove the injury. He needs medical corroborator for the claim to have any legs in court, (assuming this isn't just an attempted shake down). Even if he gets that - which I seriously doubt - he has to prove negligence. Even if he proves negligence he then has to prove that he is injured $35k worth. For someone who collects disability this will be difficult. My guess is that at most he would get the cost of 'treatment', like physical therapy bills but I believe they are covered by the province with disability anyway. Is he out any money? Is this whole sum for pain and suffering? Did he even see a doctor regarding this at all? If I thought I had a seizure I would be asking my doc for a complete neuro work-up. Wouldn't you?

Odds of JY winning in court, 40:1. The most likely scenario is that the PT company gives him 2-5 grand to go away.

More Yaniv extortion. Hopefully they stand strong and fight him. It will cost them some cabbage but better to give it to a lawyer than an extortionist.

Pretty much this, I don't want to go into detail for the differing types of fits that can occur or the range of the severity, in case tubby gives the thread a read, but you can either get full blown worm dancing types, or you can get the body jerking but remain conscious types. Speaking for my region, you hit the floor in a full blown tonic, you're instantly booked into the clinic and system, cannae have spazzes out there maybe driving. Even with the less severe ya still get booked in and appointments set. If tubby had gone through anytime similar to that, you can bet your left ball he'd have milked it on his socials.

Hell, the clinic likely has footage in their rooms to cover would-be crap like this, easy to catch the lard out.

We should be running numbers on JY's antics. There are so many bets a person could make relating to him. If we got a proper livestream running on his balcony and the exterior of the building then the books would be limited only by our imagination. It makes me wonder if a sympathetic neighbor across the street would install a 'crowd funded' webcam in their window? Give JY a little taste of his own surveillance medicine. It would be a dream!

Jessica Jonathan Yaniv's unit at 8915 202nd St Langley BC 203 faces out toward the vestibule and parking lot (hence why he put his own surveillance cam out toward the entrance). And looking at pictures of the Hawthorne, there aren't units facing the other way.

Went back to see what you tireless Yaniv trackers were posting on the main megathread in the days immediately before and after the tragic bed-smashed-by-giant-ass disaster (GAD for short) on June 26, 2019.
Let's start on June 20 (page 327). That was the day of the Great McDonald's Tea Scoot. That was a period in which he was posting about daily hospital visits, having a brain tumor, and expecting emergency surgery. The physios will be able to get lots of baseline medical reports on him.

He made his presentation on plastics to the town council with Miriam pushing him around in a wheelchair on June 24. He told the council, like he'd been telling everybody else, that he had a brain tumor. He cut his presentation short and went to the hospital because he was about to faint, according to posts he made the next day.

On June 25 (page 339) he sought transportation to a fund raiser but also complained of being unable to walk and having a shooting pain in his arm.

On June 26 (page 342), the Day of The GAD, he hotly defended himself against an assertion that he poses a danger to young girls and chatted away about being brave and stunning. "I'm fucking disabled you prick." He celebrated the Hawthorne's installation of auto doors in the underground parking area, installed after he threatened to sue. So there he was, busy on social media and reveling in his litigiousness, but saying nothing about The GAD.

On June 27 (page 346), apparently not racked with post-GAD pain, he chatted with Denton Dick about getting longer presentation times before the town council.

In the days that followed, he complained repeatedly of hot flashes, posted about getting around on HandyDart transit, found a new target for his waxing scam, photographed himself smiling with Mounties, and capered around the Miss BC Pageant breakfast without a scooter, wheelchair, or any sign of a mobility problem. When his sprightliness drew comments, he returned to the pageant the next day in a Miriam-propelled wheelchair and made a video of himself smirking at the contestants. Later that same day, a nurse ordered him to leave Peace Arch Hospital because he was making others there uncomfortable.

Just some of the treasures diligent kiwis stored in the main thread from those days:

In July, the BCHRT hearings began. He used the scooter there, but walked around during breaks without any seeming mobility problems. He TMI'd Devyn Cousineau and everyone else in attendance with his ailments and self-diagnoses but never mentioned The GAD or the terrible pain he had to endure because of it.

He wants the most dramatic story possible, so he can't waste time making sure his lies don't contradict each other.
