I dont understand this one. For exemple If i fail to commit a fraud cant i still be charged for attempted fraud? Wouldnt the same apply? So TI only applies if it there was damage?

I now worry for Richard Meyer's case.
Sounds like he's being sarcastic, but i'll wait for the rest to come out.
Underestimate people at your own risk.Sam deserves a round of applause, most competent lawyer, didn't sperg out on twitter or anything, consistently fucked with Ty, really did a great job
And to think, it all came from some strip-mall lawyer, what a dude. Sam Johnson did his client right.
The joke was kickvic people were shitting on Nick for being a strip mall lawyer in the pastUnderestimate people at your own risk.
Lemoine and Sabat may have offered some consluts. But other than than, nah.Do you honestly think that any of these fools have the money and power to be in a position to bribe a judge?
I know he was probably just making a joke while still agreeing, but if all it takes for you to be considered a public figure, even when determined the defamation was made prior to anything even resembling public figure status, is a room full of people, then public figures could literally be anyone who can draw in a crowd. You could defame a literal clown if you manage to advertise it enough and have enough people come into the courtroom by that standard.
With the way things went, I think Nick is a better lawyer than Ty.The joke was kickvic people were shitting on Nick for being a strip mall lawyer in the past
I mean from the start he showed himself to be professional and his fillings werent a fucking mess like everyone else.Sam deserves a round of applause, most competent lawyer, didn't sperg out on twitter or anything, consistently fucked with Ty, really did a great job

Game recognize game, am I right? Didn’t people say Jamie’s lawyers were the best ? I mean at least Jamie wasn’t as moronic as Roye.
This isn't the first time Nick mentioned that Sam impressed him. I think even Ty mentioned something along those lines in one of the recent streams. Pity there's no love for Lemoine![]()
According to that person tweeting, Chupp was not convinced Vic suffered any damages from the cancellation and subsequent re-invite.
