In what way could ty tell chupp he was acting outside the scope of what was to be presented? Is that just appeals?

I mean, ty and company has to be scratching their head at this shit wondering what the hell is going on and what just happened since they were blind sided from that start.

From what I'm seeing and reading it seems like an appeal really is the best option once Chupp has ruled on everything else, sounds to me like this no nonsense judge is actually just a giant anal boomer.

To be fair ISWV has been so gung-ho and confident that if Chupp had seen any of the drama, you would think BHBH actually had all the evidence.
I hope they do manage to get a new judge though, it would be a fun twist on the boring slog that this case is turning in to.
