Ty has fucked up several times but this is not one of them.

Why are people so incapable of comprehending that the hearing is not the end of the case? It's embarrassing.
Because TCPA was the major hurdle before an actual trial, and with most of the charges tossed out the window, morale took a huge hit, and it seems that Vic needs a miracle.
Please take time off the Farms. Whatever your love of Vic, or this slawsuit, find a positive hobby to invest in. Pique your interest in something other than exceptional lawshit. Everyone isn't built to be here.

Edit because slawsuit represents just how sloppy this whole affair is turning out.
Thank God for college football. Also, Skullgirls has an app and it’s pretty fun.
I'd say one issue, is that how the drama started. The issue is the VAs were the ones to fan the flames of this whole thing and caused a huge canyon of things. No matter what side, stance or whatever. Doesn't change the fact, that the VAs dragged their fanbase and anime community into this without a care. How do you go about fixing and "moving on" the damage and overall awkward tension that has been caused? It's like trying to ignore the elephant in the room at times.

In my opinion that answer is harder to do, with things like communities and fanbases. Cause the fact to the matter, the VAs didn't give either the option to easily ignore it by dropping it into the center of both.
It’s internet drama. It’ll be forgotten in a matter of weeks. Hell, Sabat’s Probably gonna keep going and might play sacred ointment at an 18+ panel.

I'll take the mad of the internet, but. I know, I don't have any stakes here. I don't watch dubs, I am almost not familiar with Vic's work (I think he was a robot in sonic decade ago) and I don't even live in the same country. But. This bullshit is making me furious. Those lynch mobs are only going to become worse. Zoe Quiin just killed a man and a bunch of people are on the chopping block. I was a little bit suspicious of Nick's claims that they want Vic dead, but now I believe it.

This is way too fucked up. It's not even that the defendants are the most hateble group of people I ever saw in my life, it's just that if Vic lose the case, that's a symptom that we area heading towards pretty dark times. Vic and Alec won't be the last victims of it and it seems that there is no real ways to stop them from ruining the lifes of people, so they can just do it again and again and again and again. That's really fucked up.

Well it's just more evidence that Law and Truth are absolute, it's humans that are utter garbage. At the end of the day, the Judge is only human.

Three sheets to the wind here Weebs. Dewars Founders Reserve puts some perspective on things.

All the news you got today was compliments of a KickVic toadie.

Stop reading their propaganda. It's meant to make Ty look bad and you feel bad.

The sun will rise tomorrow. They may have won this round, but the case continues. That's a good thing.

I think it's valid to be afraid of the precedent set. Giving people the impression they can run gayops and get away with it is a scary thing to really think about.

But shit hasn't hit the fan just yet. And when it comes down to it the court is just the court. The future is what decides the future, not a momentary ruling. Even with that being said, nothing is set in stone.

But I sure did like grilling Shane in his personal thread so I at least cashed in on a win. Laugh when you can at exceptionalism to keep your spirits up and keep truckin'.

I still don't understand HOW Marchi got off. I know the tweet was shown, but didn't show who she was replying to. Doesn't Ty have that?

Apparently the transcripts are out already? Can anyone not as electronically exceptional as I am confirm???

Apparently the amended filing was thrown out and he MAY use the affidavits.
He basically came off as requiring more then what was originally needed.
Also there is some issue's with regards to Rule 11, this Rule 63, Rule 53? and how amended motions works. They where arguing that adding ANYTHING to an amended motion, even if it was switching a sworn affidavit with unsworn ones where allowed or not, witch basically means adding linked tweets wouldn't be allowed even though it would be apart of the original tweet.
Also there was an issue with their original filing being allowed or not because it was file "late" due to technical difficulty and Rule 11 conflicts.
Some guy only got bit's and pieces, some may be off but that seems to be the jist of it.

If he's not allowing technical difficulties but some how allowed the defendants party to use other rules outside of the rule 11 agreement, makes you wonder how exceptional that court is going to be in the follow months assuming he doesn't dismiss everything else because of the Rule 11 issue and lack of evidence.

Some guy in the court room wrote down what he heard and posted it,
The "funny" thing is Chupp used a "full" or "increased" count of people in the court room to rule a limited public figure statues on Vice, or at least LPPF (w/e that is).
