What they've done has been terrible for him, but in my view they truly are the suffering ones. I think he would forgive them, for his sake and theirs; it all started out with him thinking that he hurt his friends somehow, and now it's lead to him realizing that his "friends" are backstabbers that are jealous of his success and being loved by fans. I mean, I pity them that they believe they have to do this to validate themselves. We've seen how rabid they are, and many of their supporters have seen it and left. Win or lose, they can't escape what they have done and said.

It's because most people don't have the critical thinking skills to form their own opinions so when they see their opposition celebrating they get all asshurt and feel like they need to abandon ship since they want to follow the crowd rather than find reasons to stay put.

They probably don't want to be reminded of this lawsuit not turning out the way they hoped.

I think the best course of action would be to appeal. I still don't get how you rule out TI because specific numbers and another instance of TI wasn't shown. It sounds like getting away with armed robbery just because you only robbed one store but not another nearby.

Do you give up appeal if you allow the judge to continue and end up throwing the defamation out? I feel like all the shenanigans and now the facebook thing will just make things a hostile judge going forward who will probably let the case continue just to direct a verdict to avoid any appeals being done.

I'd like to second that. Anyone that registered here and is interacting with people trying to get one thing to happen or another, you're going against the spirit of this. Even if we get emotionally attached and root for someone, we still need to remain a neutral thrid party and focus on archiving everything. Someone's going to archive these facebook posts, and they're doing the opposite of helping.

Part of me thinks that some of it might be a gay op, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of it was legit ISWV people.

Don't abandon following, just join team Chupp. He's somehow managed to piss everyone off as well as show how gay and hypocritical a lot of ISWV is, and it's hilarious.
I hope Vic still wins and comes out alright but the shitshow over the last 24 hours is great and you can thank no-nonsense Chupp for it.
