Okay so if I got this right, the judge took a binder of evidence from the defendants rejected ty's though they could possibly cover diffrent pieces, possibly was pissed about the a decision getting repealed and might of caused a bad mood, I am probably missing alot but thats more or less the gist?

QRD of new stuff:
-The notary fraud drama that was definitely going to get Ty executed on the spot was a nothingburger. Boomer Ty just mistakenly thought he could notarise via phone as he knew the affiants and could vouch for them.
-Ty had a binder for the Judge containing tables of all the causes of action against all of the defendants with evidence. Judge refused to take it because he had Lemoine's binder.
-Judge was pissed for some reason. Working theory is that he trod on a lego prior to the hearing. Or that he just really didn't want to get tangled up in this mess.
-Ty was taken aback by the Judge's crazy conduct. Obviously shaken by this, but managed to start getting shit together later on in the hearing w/ Funi & MoRon.
-Ron was a no-show.
-Lemoine got cucked by the Judge and barely spoke, also apparently tried telling a sob story about the attempted murder by a mosquito.

Chupp decided to throw out US law and use "Internal Church Law" and the appeals court said "are you fucking serious?"

Amusingly in that article it states that Chupp went back and found the exact same way anyway, so if they appealed AGAIN and it got sent back down to him AGAIN, well, yeah, he might be pissed.


Edit: Ok, yup. 8/30/2019, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case.

4/5/2018, the appeals court spanked him for it, again.

Chupp basically got BTFO'd by the TX Supreme Court. From a ruling seven years ago. And it involved religious matters, which might or might not influence his constituents if someone actually runs against him.

I must have missed the article being brought up. But yeah from my reading on this he ended up with egg on his face trying to essentially uphold biblical law when his duty is to uphold secular law. A decision like that would probably violate the separation clause so if he did it TWICE on the same case, lol Chupp may end up with a lolcow thread yet.
