You'd be wrong since the US and Canada have an extradition treaty in which both countries arrest criminals to be sent where their crimes were committed. Said treaty was ratified in 1971 then amended in 1972 and 1976. So yes, the US sends US citizens to Canada to stand trial for crimes committed on Canadian soil. Just like Canadian citizens get shipped to the US to stand trial for their crimes committed in the US. If Zoe did break the law of Canada she can be tried there if the US decides to arrest her for her foreign crimes. I don't know Canada's laws. I just know that she can be extradited for any crimes she may have committed in Canada. This extradition happens daily between the US and Canada. It happens daily with any country that has an extradition treaty with the US.
