I doubt you'll be able to meet anyone outside of it that isn't working or visiting someone. The thing with mental wards is, they like to keep the patients inside, and people with no reason to be there (i.e. you) outside.

We have mental health drop in centers where people go for groups and appointments with case workers here in Idiocracy land.
Power Level Time: We tend to look out for one another even if we can't stand each other half the time, so if you so much as looked at someone wrong, you're going to have a bad day.

The fact that you would even consider going to mental wards to look for a quick fuck only proves that you need to be kept in a deep, dark hole, away from the rest of humanity.

Remember when I told you that I knew actual rapists?
One of them did exactly that. Spent 4 years in prison for it too. It wasn't even his first offense either.
