I'm pretty sure the edit was made by that artist whose avi is in the corner as an in-joke with Stone. They collaborate sometimes. It's to poke fun at himself.
Realistically I think he's being lazy. I'm sure he could come up with something else if he wanted to, but he knows everyone will just eat it up, because everyone hates muh trannies.
Idk i don't want to be vague and its hard to prove but I do think some of stone's laziness is starting to hurt him don't have any concrete proof of this yet though.
I think something like that woukd be hard to concretely true, but I do suspect you're right. I can only imagine how long Stonetoss can ride this too. I would argue he's at the height of his popularity but I don't think he'll get bigger, and the little guys like Hedgewik can only feed for so long.

I suspect some of the smaller guys will manage on their own and some like hedgewik will die off. Also does anyone else notice how hedgewik and scout from tf2 look really similar?
