Really? Most people I've seen just use it as a "Hmm". I mean I wouldn't trust it more or less than if they didn't start with "To be honest". If it starts with "TBH" on the other hand it's bullshit.

Isn't it at this point a completely open fact that Hillary had classified shit that she shouldn't have had on there, which caused hackers including the state of china to be able to access incredibly sensitive information that got people killed?
