For somebody who considers herself in a position to be fap material, the face in her icon is really off-putting.

The fact that she uses an @ that is virtually similar to her current one means it'll be easier to report for ban evasion but they're too dumb to use common sense

I could be wrong about this, but I'm fairly confident the "vic is using his fanbase to silence victims " revelation was part of their original argument. Heck, I'm pretty sure that discord screen was used back in February.

The one person who had a blue check on the account that got banned off of Twitter was DC Douglas, which was his main account. He also has alt accounts on Twitter, according to the ISWV people.

TBH, that does suck how people with blue checks are resistant to the reports against them.

Ty proved that cons canceled vic yes, what I said was that they ruled out TI because he didn't have any proof that it was because of Moron that Vic got canceled from those other cons. That could've been a result of the defamation for all the judge knew which was why he didn't dismiss that defamation case. It's hard to argue for his ruling that just because Vic was reinvited that TI should be ruled out but you still can argue it. And again, I'll still call it Ty boomering to an extent because Ty should've atleast made sure that he had proof MoRon interfered with more than one con. I'm no lawyer but even that's pretty obvious. You always have 2 or 3 references/sources to prove your claim so in the event one is rejected, you have others to fall back on

None of that is necessary at TCPA stage, and most of that is impossible to get before TCPA. TCPA hits an immediate discovery stay, meaning Ty and the others couldn't force discovery out of cons. MoRon took up much of their time with frivolous tug of warring and discovery abuse before they pulled the TCPA card. Ty didn't mess up here, Chupp did. Saying he needs to lace up and stop going on streams is basically like saying your child needs to skip next Christmas, because their teacher got sick after Christmas vacation and couldn't read homework, so just flunked everyone rather than go through it all.

Gonna really be confusing for his headlines when Chupp either reverses his decisions, Ty appeals all the decisions and has them reversed, or Chupp approves all remaining causes of action and the case continues onward.

While believable, the TI was thrown out the window, and I don’t think as a scrub that there’s a way to bring it back after being tossed. Also, seeing SJWs, I highly doubt their egos would allow them to let themselves be pawns in some game of cosmic chess. Even being a knight, rook, or Bishop is pushing things.

Edit: Also, if this really is a dick measuring contest between Chris and Vic, I doubt Monica and Jamie would be on board. Female SJWs would call that part something about male privilege or toxic masculinity in the form constantly showing yourself to be an alpha type.

I believe it was part of their early bluffing strategy that they threatened to take him to court if he wouldn't back down. When they eventually failed to do so and he took them to court instead, they pretended that he played right into their hands.
