How convenient that diapers are "safer" than using the toilet with assistance, and that he happens to have an enema fetish. I totally get that partners of sick/disabled people may have to do some of these things but most don't approach it quite so enthusiastically or like they're now the equivalent of a doctor.

It had been over 20 years since I did my CNA training and did not pursue that career path so I can’t remember the exact whys or how’s that would cause a funky reading after multiple attempts. Its something to do with the restricted blood flow. Maybe a medical kiwi can chime in.

I do know that crossing your legs or malpositioning of the limb being tested can also cause false highs. High BPs are easy to fake. Same with respirations taken manually (seems to have moved to just taking blood/ox levels these days).

I think you might be talking about Pulse Obliteration which is a skill they teach you when you learn to take manual BP's. Not sure though? You still always take respiratory rate when you are taking someone's vitals. You just are not supposed to explicitly make them aware you are doing it. it's separate from pulse oximetry.

Nah, Judd was just a dim-witted good Christian Southern boy who was in a long-term relationship with a mostly-healthy woman, got deployed to Africa for a year, and came back to a woman who claimed to be gravely ill. Nearly every major diagnosis she got happened or started while he was away. Those that didn't were shortly after. A few months later, Harlow went viral and Jaquie started having 7-10 day hospitalizations regularly, quit school and work, and had her port and feeding tubes installed, and that was that. I think he more-or-less believed she was actually sick and may have felt trapped, but I don't think there was any fetish or anything suspicious about him.

I can't see a man his age wanting to live in that house alone. I also can't see him not wanting to enter another conjugal relationship with someone within a pretty quick timeline. I feel like he would at least be dating by now.

They might be trained in deception, but it's different when it's someone you love. I don't doubt he wanted to believe that Jaq was being honest about things, although I thought at times he saw through her from his expression on video etc.

Judd went straight from high school into the national guard into the police academy. Dude's dim. He wasn't college material. I don't think he's questioning much especially with Janiece being so much worse of a scumbag than Jaquie ever was. By comparison, Jaquie looked sane and tame. And no one ever wants to believe their loved ones are lying to them about something so terrible.

Yes, he is really Christian as far as I can tell. Most people down here are. May not act the part but they believe it on some level.

Jaquie had a few jobs. She taught taekwando c. 2014. She was working for the breeder that she got Harlow from as a service dog trainer in 2015-16 (at the time they were selling their dogs as natural service dogs/natural alerters but now they only talk about them being good ESAs). She ran social media for her church and the gym she used. Not to mention her YouTube.

From what I've read of the case and multiple coverages of it as well, Chris didn't want the new baby. The new kid was the leading factor in his deciding to annihilate his entire family. Also, I doubt very much he would have given much of a shit what Shannan was doing with the girls since 1. he was busy off living his pretend life of a single guy with a new girlfriend and 2. was totally comfortable smothering them to death and dumping their little bodies into oil tanks.

Absolute most common case of false readings is people not having their feet on the ground. Patients sit on the exam table with their legs dangling off the side while an MA/CNA takes vitals.

Holy shit SJ really is on Xyrem.

There's literally no chance the pharmacy that distributes it knows how much she drinks, or the doctor prescribing it. If you have one serving of alcohol during the day, you have to wait 6 hours to take Xyrem. If you have 3 servings or more, you're supposed to skip it completely that night (can't remember 2 drinks, maybe 8 hours?). And that's JUST alcohol, that's not including any pain meds she might take or benadryl or whatever else she's on.

Xyrem is GHB at overdose levels. She's literally so stupid she's going to kill herself because she can't read a goddamn schnapps label.

I know I'm late to the party on this (life is busy when you can't fuck off your responsibilities under the guise of being SOOPER SICK) but I have a hard time believing these munchies actually take the medications they're prescribed. Sure, they probably take the good ones like opiates and benzos, but I just don't buy that they actually take the other shit. I'm not a medical professional, but if they actually took all the meds they're prescribed without having the condishuns they're meant to treat, it would kill them pretty efficiently, no? I have an easier time believing they go to the doc, get the script, get it filled, take their pill porn pics then toss the pills in the trash.

I think the biggest red flag is always. I need xyz but my doctor won't prescribe it so I have to pay out of pocket, next slide is always a way for you to help pay for them to have the xyz special tool. My favorite part is how she is gunning for a feeding tube even though the ER just a bit ago told her she was fine and IF it was so pertinent that she got to the bottom of what's going on quickly, she should have already followed up with a doctor. Again, she's been in the area for two years, I have a hard time believing that she has waited til now to get a PCP. And above that. In the USA it shouldn't take longer than a week to get into an appointment with your PCP after a ER visit.

Also, Washington has several great, knowledgeable doctors that are located through a simple search. Plus we have the UW which is a research hospital. Her excuses make it obvious that she's just here for the internet support and monetary gain from people feeling sorry for her mold infested house and 'seizures' while being a mommy to two sick children.

I don't have any one particular link but this all comes from the 2000 plus pages law enforcement released recently, Reddit groups about the case, YouTube, several different blogs and DataLounge ( don't laugh) posts that actually provided links to Shannan's Thrive videos. There are numerous videos where the girls are crying and asking for food as they watch Shannan eat new products from Thrive then tells them they can't have any because she earned the products . Then there are the videos of her giving the girls Thrive products that clearly state they aren't for children. It is all surreal because she insisted on her toddler aged children be in the constant presence of her phone recording things they clearly were to young to understand or care about and Chris just allowed it to happen.

Information about Chris is obviously everywhere but in Shannan's case things about her that aren't flattering or are about her past of being accused of embezzlement from Dirty South Customs ,misreporting health issues , lying to people to get them on her mlm downline and her poor treatment of the girls get removed or buried from people saying you can't talk bad about her because she is dead and/or people accusing others speaking honestly of defending Chris . It is all just nuts because these same people say they don't understand why the murders happen then refuse to listen to anything that explains things about Chris and Shannan having trouble . There is so much here that isn't openly discussed but can be found in all of the information law enforcement released.

In reading on the case many people claimed her Lupus was facticous disorder and people documented her extensive history of doctor shopping to get the litte girls diagnosed with asthma and tbh it was so disturbing and very likely.

I had missed the diabetes but that makes it the 3rd major health problem she reported having that were proven false by family , in the autopsy and searches of the home . There was also a surgery both Chris and Shannan claimed one of the children had (one Chris had taken a collection for at work after taking a collection for hypoallergenic pillows) that wasn't found in the autopsy so in addition to lying /stretching the truth they BOTH grifted off of the kindness of strangers and coworkers.

One thing I found fishy was Shannan's claims about the Thrive curing not only her Lupus , chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia but also claiming it cured her infertility and was responsible for her conceiving the third baby she was carrying at her time of death .
She claimed Lupus rendered her unable to conceive children and had fertility treatments that she went on to claim weren't very effective but she had conceived Cece and Bella a year apart. She used Nico's conception to hawk Thrive by saying Thrive worked better than infertility treatments and was calling him her Thrive baby . It was all so scummy.

Interesting that Shannan took Chris to her colonoscopy for their first date after meeting online in their 20s.

She was in the ER almost two weeks ago, wasn't it? She could have had herself set up with a PCP within a few days. Yeah, if no one will prescribe what she 'thinks' she needs, it's only because she doesn't need it.
