Yes, very true. I can also confirm family burials in small cemeteries is still allowed in Kentucky & West Virginia. What I mean, are the small cemeteries like Strawberry is mentioning. It's like being able to bury your dog/cat on your property (not meaning any disrespect). In most states, it is now illegal to bury humans on your property. You have to put them in a county, township or city cemetery. Hope this helps.
