There was definitely some kind of monetary arrangement or contract written up when Leanna left, because Phil still has videos harmful to her future live on his channels, like her emergency room trip and all their racist co-op, that potential employers or family could google and learn all kinds of detrimental stuff about her. IMO one of his larger monthly basic bills is Palimony for Leanna to keep her quiet in exchange for neither of them going full scorched earth.

I doubt there was anything like that. She almost certainly cheated on him (why else would she stay in WA rather than going back home to the east coast?). She's probably ashamed/embarrassed, and doesn't want to be a part of the internet shithole anymore. I don't blame her at all.

But don't ever request it for his bi-monthly retrospectives. Maybe because he's heartbroken, maybe he contractually can't stream anything with Leanna in it. Who knows.

I saw the "Down the Rabbit Hole" video for DSP in the recommended column a few months back and thought, "I saw that guy as an avatar on KF." So I watched it, and was highly entertained. I went looking for the thread here only to discover he had not only his own sub-forum, but a VERY ACTIVE one.
It's like when you hear a song by a band, and go to check them out but they have an overwhelming discography. Do you start with their first album, their most recent album, a greatest hits album? So I started with this general thread. I am currently in ~March 2018, during one of his numerous fundraisers, unsureif when he will scam a fan to buy a PS4 Pro.
I'm now watching a TIHYDP for Borderlands. I decided to start with a game I love, so I'd have a base line. So many of the inside jokes and references are clicking now. I'm entertained by his unbelievable stupidity and arrogance, but at the same time really sad and annoyed. I assume this is an emotional mixture I can expect from other Don't Plays?

There's plenty of good ones out there, my two favorite and you can find them easily on youtube are DSP tries it: Other gamers are losers where he goes on a tangent about what he calls a basement dweller fucker loser before getting literally raped in Injuistice and the guy who did it was an actual legit professional fighting game player in Injustice/MK. The second is of him playing the minecraft adventure game with all the celebrity voices as characters and him just shitting on everyone calling them nobodies and fads.

Funny, but when I rewatch his TIHYDPs with games that I played as well, it is feels bit different vs watching a game you never played. I don't know how it explain, but it's like watching from different perspective.

I've looked into Don't Play recommendations on here, so I plan to mix the most recommended with the games I like most, and start there. I'll probably watch RE4 and the Fallouts next.
Even the Don't Plays, with their interjections of "Pop Up Video" humor - they feel like exercise to watch. It's like a combination of the extreme awkwardness of the UK Office / Extras / etc mixed with when you can't stop touching a canker sore with your tongue. I should turn this off and watch or listen to something I love, but I can't stop picking the mental scab.
I can definitely see that being the case. I assume games you've played / love / are good at provoke more anger and frustration. Like in Borderlands, when this guy is discussing how picking up a free gun from a loot chest is a "waste of money". Ugh.

Those Top 10 Worst DSPGaming 20XX Moments videos are also pretty entertaining, there's one for each year since like 2015 I think? Good for entry level detractors lol. Especially the 2017 one imo.

DSP Tries it: Injustice: Deathstroke's Among Us is another really good one. A couple of other clips of fighting games with comms (especially with the OTHER player) are pretty golden for how people see Dark. And I hate fighting games so thats a pretty good endorsement

The reason DSP tells anybody about his taxes in the first place is because he did them wrong and now he begs to climb out of debt. That's some legit weaseling he did there.

Phil keeps bringing this up, so I wanna clarify something:
"Gout is a hereditary disease, dude!" and... he's actually right about that. If your family has a history of having gout, it actually is possible to inherit it, just like you'd inherit high-blood pressure or diabetes. But like high-blood pressure and diabetes, if you commit to a healthy lifestyle, you can avoid them completely.
I can recall few unhealthy lifestyle choices that can exacerbate gout, like being overweight and excessive consumption of alcohol. Phil is clearly overweight and we all know he binge drinks. He doesn't exercise, and he doesn't drink a lot of water (which apparently helps flush out uric acid from the body). He clearly lived and unhealthy lifestyle, and only ever changes it when his gout flares up (like how he admitted to drinking lots of cranberry juice in one tweet).
He should really consider a change in his diet, especially at his age, and he should do it immediately. Because from what I researched, leaving gout untreated can lead to the buildup of tophi, which can destroy the bones around his joints, and kidney stones due to excessive uric acid crystals that somehow make their way into his urinary tract. He seriously needs to stop living in denial and see a fucking doctor so he can better manage his condition. He's almost 40 for fuck's sake.
