Actually, I don't think that's true, because there are some brain differences on average meaning there is overlap (with some things having more overlap than others), but we're still not entirely sure what those differences translate to in practice.
From the stuff I've read, the heterosexual male transsexuals have brains like other men, but for some of them, there are abnormalities in areas involved with self-perception and some are autistic. The homosexuals have brain features seen in other gay men, not women. I don't think there is any consistent neurological basis for it.
It would be funny though if mandatory brain scans to begin medical transitioning became a thing. They all claim to have female/male brains, so there should be no reason for them to oppose it.

Nope. Go to the link. You'll see the comic creator's comments and it is definitely pro-trans. Not that the comic didn't suck and could be taken as some kind of parody of both, but to me, the fantasy of whipping out a gun to get the "terf" (i.e., real woman) to cower in fear of being killed (with the recognized phallic imagery of a gun) clearly shows a troon fantasy is at play here.

That's seriously intended to paint trans in a better light than terfs? It sounds like a parody of both but with the trans side being much worse.
It's actually a hilarious parallel. They claim that misgendering and probably slurs are literal violence and murder, to which they think pulling out a gun is a justified act of self defence. Seeing the reality laid out is funnier than ever.
Like when cows claim to be violently harassed by us who are just sitting here shit talking amongst ourselves, hissing when somebody cracks the blinds and light falls on us. Well, that's what I do anyways.

After looking at it more, I think you are right. It has to be a troll account. It is supposed to be anarchy queer -- but the whole subredit was actually only started a few days ago and the other comics are pretty obviously satire. So, I stand corrected.

My country had this policy until more or less 2015. You couldn't change gender legally if you didn't go through surgery, unless you had severe and documented health issues that made the surgery very dangerous for your life. This was put in, of course, to gatekeep the perverts, and castrate them in case they were so obsessed with entering women spaces to be willing to go under the knife. The whole process is payed by our NHS, except for the more stereotypically cosmetic procedures (you have to pay out of your pocket for tits, electrolysis and FFS). A very famous Italian transwoman, Vladimir Luxuria, never changed his sex marker on his documents because he lacked to guts to go through surgery.
Then they changed this policy because something-something-human-rights, but the majority of Italian trans people continue to have surgery, since the idea that you can keep dick, balls and beard and be a woman anyway isn't very popular here, yet. I've already seen several activists who promote the non-med way with the same unscientific beliefs used by the Anglo-American trans community.
But China and Japan apparently are keeping the "Cut your dick and balls" policy. We can hope that other countries will follow.

If you could grow breasts by taking HRT, women everywhere would be doing that instead of surgically shoving silicon into their bodies. But, troons think it is some kind of fairy tale where they will magically grow boobs and live happily ever after.

I don't really understand how people can think that pushing straight white women further down the food chain is somehow sticking it to the patriarchy. Or that if women don't agree to give up their rights (that they worked hard and fought to achieve) just so some men larping as women can lessen their dysphoria or get their sexual thrills that somehow they aren't "allies" or "feminists".
It is like I've woken up in an alternate nightmare timeline where common sense has ceased to exist and words have no actual meaning.
