When would be the best time to bring that expert on? Also he did bring a TI expert on so I think Ty would go find an appellate expert.

I still can't forget the time Newman, Esq. tried to BS on consent laws 3-4 times in a row with 3-4 different states and got blown out that many times.

The fact that he has to resort to ad hom without any pre-established rationale for his low view of the legal expertise that KF is able to produce is telling of his actual ability as an attorney of any kind. It also speaks to the unwarranted arrogance he has-- he thinks it's some grand feat to read critically, so he won't even bother turning the supposed misconceptions he sees (if there are any, for that matter) into an opportunity for teaching.

Consistently, they work in half-measures. They ridicule, but hardly explain the rationale behind said ridicule. They say Vic should have "laid dead low forever a few years, get an obituary PR firm, and then come back never", but malfunction when you ask them if they or anyone would ever readmit a self-confessed sexual predator into polite society-- but while they fail to produce an actual plan to recover, they chastise him for trying to restore his reputation, for trying to do something.

They just say things for the purpose of autofellation. They have nothing valuable to add, in total.

I still think the real fucking disgrace is that a group of lawyers is mocking someone for trying to defend themselves using legal means.
