Either this was a really feminine looking man to begin with or he has had a LOT of plastic surgery. The good news for troons is that people like the Kardashians have made being 75% silicon/botox/fillers a normal thing. So, he looks about as real a woman as Kim Kardashian. And Kim needs a fuck ton of photoshop to look good, too. I expect in real life, he isn't going to look this good. Hell, even hambeasts can be made to look much, much better by a good professional photographer. Still, if troons looked like this -- seeing them in a women's room wouldn't be as shocking as seeing some that look like Shrek.

Yep, only instead of going the way of "Stefonknee" I think it will take the form of "mature for her age" and "13 going on 30." The "woman" in question is actually clearly a man but he just identifies as a woman, so news articles used female pronouns and even issued apologies for misgendering them as a man.

So, this man declares himself to be a woman because he says so, and we must all immediately accept his self-declaration of womanhood and call him "she". But he declares himself Philipino and this is the height of absurdity and hilarity and obviously untrue and gets its own news articles.

Such a great illustration of the doctrinal absurdity of this ideology.
