I'm really curious who he's actually been talking to. So far there's the "publicist," the "person close to Taylor," and the "NPR interviewer." And he's obviously been in continuous communication with all three for some time now.

It feels different this time around though. Good ole Russell is taking this to a whole new level. One of three things-
1. He’s imagining these characters (publicist, reporter, Swift’s connection). Hallucinations? He wholeheartedly believes he’s talking to actual people.
2. His ego is so battered and bruised that he spent his time in Facebook jail coming up with ways to fool us all into believing this time. Lying about all of it.
3. Catfished. Again.

There's absolutely no way he has an actual publicist; one who is not a scammer of some sort. He has no money to hire one, and given his habit of posting stupid shit online, he's a publicist's nightmare. There is nothing whatsoever to be gained by taking him on as a client; there is nothing a publicist can do for him.
So it looks like we've got an organized group of weeeens--the "cool guy" who had connections to Taylor Swift (where did he go? Russell hasn't mentioned him in weeks); the "publicist"; and now the woman who claims to be "directly connected" to Swift. And, on top of that, there's the "NPR interviewer."
It's like a fucking weeeen army. And he's falling for this shit again. He learned nothing from his encounter with "Katy Perry's assistant."
Oh, Russell. I'd tell you to never change, but it's a guaranteed thing that you won't, so I can't even bother.

Somehow it still manages to blow my mind that a guy whose entire fanbase consists of trolls and lolcow watchers posted "If ur a close personal friend of Taylor DM me plz" on Instagram and scored all these true and honest connections in under a week and they're really the real deal. That's super impressive and not at all suspicious.

So he's definitely made the full circle back to "she didn't know about my plights", huh? Does that mean the song he's trying to pass on is the original version with maximum woo? At this point I honestly think he's either trying to troll us on some "I was just pretending to be retarded" level, or he's enjoying even our negative attention so much that he tries to keeps us interested.
That or he's getting trolled and there will soon be a bunch of material to laugh at. I sure hope so because Russ got kinda stale lately with these "announcements" with no follow up.

ATTEMPTED to sue Taylor Swift. The key word here is "attempted". He failed to actually sue her both times. In fact, Russ has never had a successful lawsuit, despite how many he has filed. He is an absolute failure at everything he does or tries to do.
I don't think he's trying to get our attention. Russ hates us because we won't allow him to bury the truth. We don't pay his ass or spare his feelings. Russ wants attention, and he very well may be lying about having a publicist and being connected to some super rad dude who has an in with Taylor Swift for attention, but it's not for our attention. Not directly, anyways. He thinks he has fans and followers who admire him and want him to succeed. Those fans, of course, are people just like us who are there to watch the comedy of failures that is Russell Greer.
But I'm leaning towards this all being a big, fat catfish. I guess it takes a slimy, gape-mouthed bottom-feeder to fuck with another slimy, gape-mouthed bottom-feeder. I just hope whoever is fooling with him has the brains to just dump the content they've collected, not try to attention whore or come here looking for admiration, and is able to keep their power level hidden. Because if they start trying to fish for kudos and didn't hide their dox well enough, then people here will find out who they are and run them through the meat grinder for fondling the fecal matter.

For the life of me I cannot figure out what Russell thinks happened to Taylor and his song. The first time, he thought her agents didn't pass it on, okay sure. But wasn't the second lawsuit because she quote-unquote "hated" his plights? Why does he need to bring it to her attention AGAIN if she already "hates" him?
I know that answer is that Russell is retarded but I'm seriously stretching my brain to figure out what he THINKS this will accomplish.

My guess is that his therapist tried to convince him that Taylor didn't know who the fuck he was, and Russ being both a narcissist and a moron tool it as "You should totally try to contact Swift again, because she doesn't know about your plights.
Also advice to the trolls, make a throw away account to share the content with us. Especially if you're a fellow kiwi.
