It’s probably his lifestyle. He’s been playing Tetris day and night for over a month, probably rarely sees the light of day, eats like shit.

Don't know about you, but Tetris 99 is a pretty fun game to play especially with it's recent free DLC additions.

To be fair, hentai games aren't allowed for big name streaming sites like twitch. For all we know he probably plays nothing but hentai games and Tetris 99 was the only non-NFSW game that he felt like streaming.
It's a fast-paced pseudo-action game at higher levels. PPT in particular is like that and makes it more combative, which tends to increase immersion due to random opponents increasing replayability. I can definately see why some people would get addicted to it. That, and he got kicked out of osu!'s community.
