I hope to answer all your questions and concerns. I understand I am not everyone's favourite individual because my nativity at first with Yaniv. I still regret how I trolled thatdentondick that first week, but I believe in the cause and I am genuinely his/her greatest fan and shared with others his/her good work. I want to state I feel inspired to troll Yaniv to the end of all this chaos with B.C.'s #1 "crotch waxing activist". So I hope to share first-hand...

I regret not having a photo to show Jessica sightings, but she reported by a friend out west in all black attire at a BC Liquor Store at both Robson at Cadero and Bute Streets in Vancouver. The recent photo earlier int he chain, I suspect is a box of something she's working with and the dolly. For someone with all these health issues (I thought was terminal and had less than a year to live) has miraculously overcome paralysis and is now back in the workforce. If anyone's in BC, I highly encourage a lookout at the BCLC's and report whenever a Yaniv sighting is made. Find out the beverages or whatever the activity is, I am sure as sleuths we can backwards engineer the company and sources.

The LC means Liquor Corp, which I use to refer to Crown-operated Liquor Stores.

That's not the only dealio with Yaniv. It appears that the recent RCMP activity is linked to Donald Smith, the reporter who was with Press for Truth at the Elevator.

It appears Jonathan has stepped up his game and has retaliated against Donald. I redacted Donald's information, but it appears as a PR move, "crybaby" Jonathan/Jessica has hired an African Canadian lawyer for a PR move to show he's not racist to "cease and desist". I can confirm for a fact, Donald never threw anything on his balcony, as claimed in the letter. I would not be surprised if Anna Slatz and the greatest critics such as Rebel Media are asked to "govern themselves accordingly". I feel bad for this lawyer, but they're in it for the biggest bang for their buck.

I highly encouraged Donald, regardless of what his issues are with the police and public domain, to file a BC Human Rights Retaliation complaint against Jessica in good faith.

If I learned anything from the Prenda Law shitshow, "govern yourself accordingly" is law talk for, "I am a giant douche".
I forgot, this is Yaniv's lawyer, by the way, for those needing some imagery:

No need to redact any of Donald's info he is much a lolcow as anyone.

And for those needing imagery, here's Yaniv' lawyer.
So she's a Legal Shield lawyer so she probably won't do much beyond a cease and desist. Jon has a subscription and probably can afford anything beyond. She is also likely contracted by Legal Shield so She really has no choice but to write up the C & D for Jon.

Goddamn. It's literally a pre-paid legal services scam lawyer. Licensed for a year.

These fucks routinely write checks their asses can't cash. THE YANIV ain't getting any more out of this than a free simple will and a referral to some other lawyer that will charge a hell of a lot more than $24.95 a month.

That's fine. You can't draw blood from a stone. Let the other party keep going - they don't have a real job, anyway, so there's no wages to garnish and if they're like many others in BC, nothing in their bank accounts, either.

She's not actually a scam lawyer. BC has a bigger problem with phoney notaries. The freemen-on-the-land used to use the services of notaries - and at one point, virtually every grifter in BC had a "Notary" stamp and charged to use it.

Gotta hard disagree on that one. I've played clean up on enough matters where some prepaid legal lawyer just wrote a letter, but when they got any push back, just bailed.

Further indicia:

1. Only licensed to practice for a year.
2. No specific practice area.
3. West African.

It would be great for observers to report whether Yaniv is driving. If so, pics or vids would be excellent.

Prior to his Mimi-Drives-in-Black pic here, the only evidence we had was his making a video while sitting behind the wheel of Miriam's parked car. Doesn't prove he was driving the vehicle that day.

He lost his driving privileges after reporting seizures. Getting his privileges restored requires a process involving medical assurances. So has he proven the seizures are under control (nonexistent) or does a trans gurl just need to cruise around sometimes and trying to stop her is transphobia?

The social experiment video was from the drivers seat but car wasn't moving. The only video I remember him actually driving was when he claimed to be driving to Washington State. It had to have been in the spring or early summer. I thought some of his Instagram streams were in a car.
UPDATE @wabbits
I forgot I posted these from May 22nd.

I haven't seen or heard anyone throwing anything onto anyone's balcony. Strata has their own cameras pointing out front so if JY is for real with the tossing stuff at him then strata will have footage.

Also yaniv keeps his door closed all the time. No one threw anything through his window. What a crock of shit.

Edit: does anyone recognize what type of car that is from interior shots?

IDK I'm betting a small import like a Hyunai, Toyota, Honda, etc... If I remember correctly there was a video of Jon tearing down stickers near his adopted clean up area near the cemetery. In that video Miriam was parked in the background.

Stop making bullshit assumptions about how the Bar works and where she comes from - that's just being stupid and racist.

She was a legal assistant, not even a paralegal, while she was in law school. She JUST got called to the Bar in 2018.

After being called to the Bar a certificate is issued for ONE year and they don't have to report to the court ceremony. The first renewal of their law certificate occurs before the first year is up and they MUST attend that ceremony.

She's a real, actual lawyer.

Remember the official name for lawyer? "Barrister and Solicitor?" A lot of lawyers have bread-and-butter services they offer for small fees, often below retainer or through the community. Those services can include threatening letters, C&D, or threats of collection or lawsuit. They solicit responses for their clients. Simple stuff, but a letter from even a junior lawyer holds a lot of weight.

In fact, if they threaten a lawsuit, and the client decides to go through with it, the suit may be bounced to another more experienced lawyer depending on if it goes to judge's chambers or a complete trial (+/= jury). It's easy to threaten, it's much harder to execute.

Lawyers will usually only bail if the client can't provide retainer to execute on the threat. It's almost ALWAYS the client pulling out at the last minute.

Of course, if she moves to another province she may decide not to renew her license because she can transfer it to whichever province she decides to practice in.

Yaniv has a long history of using Legal Shield. He gets the basic boilerplate cease and desist in hopes to scare people once escalated he drops.

Of course, but they're all still real lawyers. And her being West African is an absolutely bullshit excuse to discount her.

Legal Shield is a retainer service for supposedly poor individuals who require legal service. The lawyers agree to be part of it for very specific services. It doesn't mean the lawyers who serve Legal Shield aren't any less lawyers than someone who doesn't. A lawyer is a lawyer.

Now if they had paralegals in there for some services, I could see some issues. It's similar to the Doctor/Nurse dichotomy, or the Doctor/Pharmacist relationship.
