I think not many people talk about these people in a negative light only because most transformation fetishists are dumb tards with no power whatsoever while people who would care about women being objectified would like to go after bigger fish or those in power.

I guess it's DA's very lax modding policy for the most part which is a double edged sword as it can at least mean no one is getting deplatformed there. However, pedos like the guy you posted are disgusting.

I think that it's because of how easy it is to find art of the fetish you like. The abundance of low and high quality work, not caring if it's just an MS Paint edit, people want to see their favourite underaged character get vored, weight gained, transformed, furrified, etc.
Meanwhile, talented artists go unnoticed, overshadowed or stooping low to accept fetish stuff just to get their name out, or get money. It's rather sad and I don't see any prospects in that site if you wanna do SFW stuff.
