With the mediation coming up, I should stress on how important this moment truly is for Vic. In my opinion, one of the worst things to happen to Vic since January was cutting him off from his friends. That’s why I want Vic to succeed at mediation, because it’s more than just clearing his name, restoring his reputation and continuing to work without business interferences; it’s also about letting him work with his friends (his REAL friends) again without either side being affected by this.

Think about it: why else do you think Vic unfollowed virtually all the VA’s? Why do you think some of these VA’s were liking and retweeting anything by Rial and Marchi, even if it was hurting Vic? And why do you many VA’s whom Vic still considers friends are keeping quiet over this?

Because they are afraid they will get the same treatment that Vic got from the opposition: unemployment, bad rep, death threats, loss of friends, no support network, tortious interferences, harassment by these monsters on Twitter. Some of these voice actors are still working in Funimation. Others are married and want to maintain a place in the industry. Some are still not receiving enough income. Others are just starting.

The worst part and the main reason I hate the scumbags at Funimation and their disgusting friends on Twitter is that they know it, and they will use these disadvantages in such that if you support Vic and even just like one of his posts, they will accuse for condoning a predator and you will be harassed, even publicly disgraced. We’ve all seen what happened to Chuck Huber, Reuben Langdon and most recently Kaelan Faire. They’ve essentially splintered the anime community, and it’s horrible.

I don’t agree with these VA’s political views and I find their obsession with Trump to be infantile, but none of them should live in fear and silence because they’re friends with someone a few people hate, especially if those few people have shown to be wretched monsters. Because this is more than just Vic being ostracized because he’s a white conservative Christian. It’s about a clique of jealous, cowardly chickenshits who have spent the past decade or so creating this culture of fear and are trying to enable that culture so that no one will be a threat to their position. As a result, everyone is suffering - Vic, his fans, his friends, even Funimation itself.

That’s why I want Vic to win mediation and in turn win the case, so he can work, be happy and continue working with his friends, so that his friends can continue working with him too. I want Funimation to continue on without the cancers killing it.

I want this shit to end.

sadly there is a roughly 0% chance (Maybe less) that this ends here at Mediation. As we already pointed out a few times the goals of Marchi, Rial, Soye and Vic simply can't co-exist. You can't both have the Faggots apologize and Vic be allowed to keep doing what he loves AND have them be acquitted from everything and vic be gone forever.

The idealist in me wants me to believe otherwise, but it’s sadly true, especially when the defendants are beyond reasonable. My hope is that if Vic gets through mediation, it will set a precedence for his true friends to stand up for him and more skeletons will come out to snuff out the scum that’s ruining the community. One can only hope.

The best way to deal with Mediation is for Vic to press as much for peace as possible. They hate his ass and he got more heart than them. These dumbfuck cunts can't pretend for their lives that they want peace or healing the anime community, those retards would Sylvanas themselves. If anything, this could destroy KickVic so hard that even Chupp would say "Fuck y'all Vic's innocent".

The only question is: How Cynical has Vic become because that is the deciding factor in this.

That's what everyone wanted in the first place. We would've been done with this lawsuit if they just done the apologies and retractions and probably get some of his roles back or tell other studios that they were wrong and they shouldn't terminate existing contracts.
 
Unlike Monica and her clique pals, Vic legitimately enjoys voice acting. To people like Monica, voice acting is just a paycheck. The fans that celebrate her are nothing more than dirt to walk on cause she thinks she's a queen with her pseudo celebrity status. Vic is a humble dude, he doesn't want the money. He just wants to continue doing what he loves to do. These monsters wanted to take it all away by any means necessary. Retraction, corrections, and apologies would definitely be accepted. I just don't think the other side has the heart for that... If they have a heart at all.

Not just that, but to be with his friends, his true friends who didn’t stab him in the back. Not only did these scumbags take away his job, they also separated him from his friends, which is one of the worst things that could ever happen to anyone. That’s what I think matters the most to Vic: not money, but his fans and friends.
