Social Justice Warriors - Now With Less Feminism Sperging

I can't tell if this is supposed to be a joke or not. (It is in the New Yorker's "Daily Humor Newsletter," but I ain't laughin'. 🤔)

I'm surprised it had to be plastic cups and not the experimentation on chimpanzees in "Project X" that she complains about, unless there's another "Project X" I don't know of.

EDIT: Yeah I was wrong, I was thinking of another film of the same name.

Oh no! How dare the African governments give big game hunters a chance to hunt so that animal populations don’t disrupt the ecosystem!

There's no excuse for wilful ignorance. There's a damn good reason these refuges allow trophy hunting, and yet that's always ignored in favor of screaming.
Anytime these rich faggots want to pony up the same amount of cash to NOT hunt a critter, they can be my guest.

Christ, if these idiots watched TierZoo they might have more understanding. That's how stupid they are.

This. A lot of conservancies will have special areas that allow hunting under strict supervision and within strict limits. Mostly they're sold as package deals, which include all accommodation and guides, prices varying depending how long you want to be out there and what animal you're after. You're looking at about $5,000 to $15,000 per hunter for one of these deals. That's a lot of money that these places desperately need. If you're really opposed to hunting, donate or patronise these places. Don't just try and rip away one of the biggest money-makers for the places trying to protect the animals and then call yourself a good person for it.

Article

Teen Vogue decided to resurrect this topic today. I’m surprised people still read this.
The article is so lengthy and meandering that it reads more like a blog than an essay, but think there's a point somewhere in there. A lot of non-black "woke" people use a lot of reactions pics and gifs with black people in them, and there's probably some "not-so-woke" cultural reason why that's the case. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it. Using terms like digital blackface and emotional labor doesn't do the writer any favors.

An argument that more people should have children with Down syndrome, written from a pro-choice, disability-positive perspective. The rate at which parents choose to terminate a pregnancy when prenatal tests indicate that the fetus has Down syndrome is between 60 and 90 percent. In Choosing Down Syndrome, Chris Kaposy offers a carefully reasoned ethical argument in favor of choosing to have such a child. Arguing from a pro-choice, disability-positive perspective, Kaposy makes the case that there is a common social bias against cognitive disability that influences decisions about prenatal testing and terminating pregnancies, and that more people should resist this bias by having children with Down syndrome. Drawing on accounts by parents of children with Down syndrome, and arguing for their objectivity, Kaposy finds that these parents see themselves and their families as having benefited from having a child with Down syndrome. To counter those who might characterize these accounts as based on self-deception or expressing adaptive preference, Kaposy cites supporting evidence, including divorce rates and observational studies showing that families including children with Down syndrome typically function well. Himself the father of a child with Down syndrome, Kaposy argues that cognitive disability associated with Down syndrome does not lead to diminished well-being. He argues further that parental expectations are influenced by neoliberal ideologies that unduly focus on the supposed diminished economic potential of a person with Down syndrome. Kaposy does not advocate restricting access to abortion or prenatal testing for Down syndrome, and he does not argue that it is ethically mandatory in all cases to give birth to a child with Down syndrome. People should be free to make important decisions based on their values. Kaposy's argument shows that it may be consistent with their values to welcome a child with Down syndrome into the family.
TL;DR -- more people should have tard babies to combat bigotry.

I cannot, off the top of my head, think of a more concise example of the Clown World in action than this. It is ethical to provide abortions on demand for healthy and viable babies if the mother so wishes, but if that baby is confirmed to have a condition that means it will never become a functioning adult and require special care for it's entire life, it is unethical to terminate it.

Something legitimately and horrifying abnormal happens in another country, and some sperg tries to make it about niggertrannies in Dallas, and the rise of huwite spremacists. The name really cements the likelihood that said sperg is a commie bitch, and should have be shot the second they started exhibiting the mental deficiencies associated with communist apologia.
