I pretty much stopped buying AP books when Brothers Dunn decided Antarctic Press weren't going to be doing any more translated mangas, anthromorphic, animesque or adult comics back in 96-97.

Supporting up incoming indie artists like YBZ is/was something AP had been doing since the late 80ies early 90ies and had continued to do so afaik. But to royally screwed the bitch like they did with YBZ can not be understated how looks to artists & writers new and old who were looking for a publisher to keep looking elsewhere or just self-published their work.

I'm going to make my books 48 pages, ask $20 for them, and not "solicit" them on IndieGoGo until the majority of the book is complete.

I should also comment on this. Considering the books seem to be about the same build quality as a marvel book, but with a shiny cover (and even without the shiny cover), 20 dollars seems expensive. Absolute Carnage #1 was 60 pages and 8 dollars. Not even any ink damage and it came out on time. I don't like feeling like I am paying more for less. Your prices aren't competitive enough for me.

That's a great idea. This will certainly cut down on the "wait time" between the start of the campaign and the completion of the book....if you can manage to not waste time putting your menstrual cramping on display all over Twitter again.

I'm not sure, I'm assuming at the time (the 90s) the figure was going to be another 90's action figure. He had all of this big stuff he wanted to do with CyberFrog, but for some reason it just never got done. I can't remember the reason (if he mentioned it) so if he comes back on here, he might be interested in talking about that.

There are some good companies now that specialize in doing Grade A collectables, so hypothetically, he could have a hyper-detailed CyberFrog with a bunch of articulation jointing done if he really wanted to now. However, I don't know what style he would pick, the hyper-detailed type I only figured he might likely do because he's really invested in CyberFrog.

I got something from 'EVS' in the mail and it's been so long I'm like, 'Who the fuck is EVS and what in the fuck is this?' And then I remembered 'Oh yeah, I bought Cyberfrog' (To be fair with Ethan, I'm always like this with Crowdfunding campaigns. I'm pretty much a 'set it and forget it, but remember if I don't get it'.) What I truly didn't remember was that I backed a chromium variant and holy shit it looks really pretty. I haven't got a chance to read it yet, but at the very least I'll have a shiny, pretty action frog to look at. The stickers and other merch aren't too shabby. It wasn't expensive and I think the last comic I bought was iron sights, which I was happy with.

So I don't care that its late, its just like a surprise. Besides if I talked shit about another procrastinator I'd be a hypocrite.

I haven't seen anyone react to JDA's trolling except one girl in the private dm thread who posted this and called him a "shitstain." He's trolling from the year 2017, nobody cares. Hope his campaign picks up steam. Using CYBERFROG in the title helped him push past $500, so that's good.

CYBERFROG ashcans are coming. Another couple of weeks before we begin shipping those orders. And we should be finished fulfillment by the first week of November.

JDA's subs have upped since he did it and his total number of campaign contributions went up. Its not a massive spike but its respectable numbers.

He's made WELL more then 500$. And lets not forget you started that by trolling in a Youtube channel of some one reviewing one of his comics FWIW.

So the people who jumped on your campaign FIRST have to wait last to get their books. That super duper isnt cool Ethan. And its not a good way to reward people who are first movers.
