My guess would be that the sense of personal accomplishment that comes from working out pokes a hole in the victim mentality of SocJus. The entire philosophy is based on the notion that you don't have agency. If that brick fails, the rest of the wall crumbles soon after.
Beyond what other people above have pointed out, it's misleading because a lot of the transgender people who get murdered are sex workers. I don't think you can conflate the murder rate of sex workers with the murder rate for middle-class college-educated white people, which is where most of the troon population is drawn from.

I hate Tarantino movies and I think he is creepy and that there is likely a serial killer lurking somewhere in his brain ... but other than a moment of revulsion at seeing him, I wouldn't give it another thought. The fact that she had multiple pretend conversations the entire flight is really bizarre. Either have the guts to tell him off to his face or forget about it. I wouldn't personally bother saying anything because I know that Tarantino doesn't give a fuck what I think about him. Why should he? I'm a nobody and he's rich and famous.
