I'm sure it wasn't easy for Vic having to deal with people who he considered his friends for years just talk shit behind his back. If they can speak so nonchalant about Vic in front of so many people at a panel at a con then you can imagine the kind of bullshit they've talked about him behind the scenes. Like how Chuck mentioned in his affidavit that Sabat at one point mocked Vic's christian faith, said Vic was gay for the way he dressed and that he claimed Vic was a pedophile because he "liked little girls".

Speaking of Sabat, it's funny how he seems to love talking about someone behind their back but quickly starts stammering and making shit up when he gets confronted.

1. Vic said he doesn't know how the GFM is being handled nor how much it's at because it's not his responsiblity. He has said multiple times that he is humbled that people would be generous to help, but outside of that it's not his money. That money is going towards his lawyer bills and leftovers will be dispensed on charity. Until he has a final amount on that lawyer bill, it's irrelevant how much is there and how exactly BHBH is withdrawing that money from the account.
2. Vic didn't need to show up to the hearing, nobody but the lawyers needed to be there. Vic being there wouldn't have changed a single thing, and the defendants being there only served as gay-ops "look at these stronk beutifewl wamyns banding together to stop the evil rappist vick ravioli"
3. Vic is working very hard to get his foot in the door at the few cons he's able to get to, and go figure, his fans that want to support him and putting in maximum effort to show up in person to support him.

Go fuck yourself you stupid fucking faggot. Nobody likes you, you aren't a nuanced or interesting person, and all you're doing is downplaying the lawsuit and slandering someone who hasn't done anything provably wrong.

He'll say he already apologized to anyone he might've hurt in some way and that he already talked about what he did in his deposition.

He'll demand that they stop defaming him, stop causing him to lose potential work and to stop misconstruing everything he does and says.
They'll refuse because apologizing would be the same as letting him win the case.

It's obvious the mediation is not going to go anywhere honestly. The only one I see folding to Vic's demands would be Funimation. But that would require throwing the three stooges under a bus. Hopefully Ty and Vic appeal if things don't go their way though.

She has a new boyfriend. Jim Lichtenstein, a producer / show runner/ writer on CBS. Guess we'll see her on some show on CBS soon.

1. He sued for a million dollars. And Nick's GFM was before he brought on Ty to actually file things. Also, his deposition showed he might have caught on to some bullshit.
2. Vic wasn't required to show up. Please tell me he at least realizes Vic isn't the defendant here.
3. The GFM was BEFORE everything and he was already looking at firms before Ty. He may also be pumping his own money for additional things, but the GFM is just there so Vic doesn't bankrupt himself.
4. I think it was said already that everyone was going to be there for the mediation, and ISWV and the Farms and the Risembool Rangers all have their own reason for supporting Vic through all of this. God, this is stupid.

Likely, 'supporter' is an exaggeration. He voted for Trump, doesn't hate Trump, clearly doesn't like Hillary, and likely said some things like 'let's just support our president/let's see how he handles things/it doesn't seem like he's that bad to me'. Milquetoast stuff that you'd expect from someone who isn't really into politics. But see radicalized politics, there can be no casual/uninvested person. Only uninformed idiots and people who are rabid fanatics like sports fans.

That new boyfriend must not mean anything if she's still so hung up on her ex that she feels the need to crusade against him because she's petty and isn't totally over him whilst not bothering to change her twitter header.
She's rebounding and if she isn't rebounding, she's dangling the goods to a man with connections to get herself some nice juicy clout. Now that Vic isn't helping her get gigs anymore she has to rely on other methods.

It's also worth noting that they absolutely love ragging on Vic not being at the hearing and that he supposedly doesn't care about women or his fans while failing to make any mention of Ron not being there and just creeping around the area despite the fact that he didn't NEED to be there. So it's really only bad if Vic doesn't show up? What about Ron?
Or did Ron not show up because Monica didn't want him there to ruin the "stronk and brave wahmen" images she wanted to paint for the camera crews? Maybe she was so embarrassed at having him around that she forbade him from attending and told him to just play around by himself at park or something.

I'm guessing nothing happened in mediation to nobody's surprise. I can't really see into Funi's finances but it cannot be looking too good considering the merge mess which will be hella expensive.
