So in this latest Weeb Wars development, ISWV took their biggest loss of morale to date to the point where some have the white flag on standby, KV is doing victory laps, cigars and all, a bunch of trolls are coming on here like Tokyo Rose telling us that this has all been a waste of time and money and Vic should have "gotten help", faded into obscurity, and "come back" like they wouldn't have shut him out as they advanced in Operation Broken Staircase to the point that when Vic came back, their leftist anime utopia would have been realized. And then there's Sabat being painted like some mafioso and KV is just a smokescreen for Sabat's quest for power, which everyone believes wholeheartedly here. Honestly, I'm not sure which scenario for attacking Vic is worse if you ask me.
Everyone on KV would be happy with Vic offing himself apparently. And then the VAs would release statements of sadness and condolonces. Honestly, do you think Michele is on the way to gaining a thread here. I frequent the TGWTG sector here, and Obscurus Lupa got a thread here for also being an embittered woman who refuses to let things die.Yup.

"With Prejudice" means he cannot modify and refile an action. However, it does mean he can appeal the original ruling.

I'm at least hoping that if they try to go after other VA like Vic it receives the same backlash. This case has really made me a supporter of gatekeeping hobbies just to simply keep these kinds of people out, they clearly don't even enjoy anime that much. Honestly, all these people want is attention since they believe they don't get enough being literally who English VA who couldn't find work in anything but anime. I bet as soon as the boost they're receiving from this case dries up they'll start some new drama with themselves at the center as the poor victims again.

"With Prejudice" has jack shit to do with appeals. It just means that if Chupp actually gets upheld on all appeals, Vic can't just sue them again for essentially the same things and hope for a different judge and outcome. It's a common end to lawsuits, otherwise we'd see people suing again and again for the same thing with slightly different arguments until they got what they wanted.

Here's the thing: we talk of cucks and the like all the time here. Do you really think there's another VA that has a spine, let alone is more of an alpha than Vic? Vic filing the lawsuit in the first place was a shocker to a lot of people and that wasn't because he was trying to prove a point, that was because he felt he had nothing to lose at that point. It's just really hard to see a way that this saga leads to another actor standing even an inch to halt the advance of Operation Broken Staircase.

At this point they're probably moving down the list and continuing. Optimism aside, if they're gonna target another VA they're probably going to go for the smaller fish next since they already "got" their "big win". Knowing that KV is parading around the "vic lost" spin still makes me doubtful any VA set in their sights next is going to fight back the same way.
