Containment What will happen when Barb dies?

This. No matter what he says he isn't going anywhere until he is forced - I'd put 100 Sonichu medallions on it. Autism is one reason, but there is an entire list, top of that list is he is beyond lazy as fuck.

I partially agree. Autists generally don't like change and Chris is notoriously lazy, but I don't think Chris wants to live in the Hoard any longer than he has to. He may be lazy enough that he won't leave until he is forced to do so, but he's not really wanting to stay at 14 Branchland either. If someone found him a way out of the Hoard that required very little effort on his part, he'd probably take it ASAP.

Chris is staying at Sonichu Headquarters until the sheriff's deputy executes the eviction order. He's unwilling to spend time or money on getting anyplace else, he'll continue to add toys and video games to the Horde until then.

The only reason the mortgage gets paid now is that Barb doesn't want to die on the street, and Chris almost certainly believes her debt dies with her while all the assets go to him unencumbered. I've known (allegedly) non-exceptional people who believe this.

Does Chris even have contact with the church or gay club anymore? I thought he abandoned those when he became a Goddess and started "working" on the Merge.

It's Homeless Saga time for Chris about 18 months after Barb croaks, and further updates will come from news reports.

Oh if someone moves his ass out with minimal effort from him that is a different ballgame.

But understand my meaning of minimal - And I do mean minimal - as in like, someone is even paying a moving company to box his shit and carry 98 percent of it, while he literally has almost no input other than "Careful, Magi-chan said that is FATED."

I wonder how he’ll handle maintaining his tomgirl identity when he no longer has steady access to titty skittles and razors/shaving cream. Or did he get electrolysis to permanently kill his facial hair follicles?

People thinking Chris doesn't want to leave 14 Branchland Ct after Barb dies is confirmed by jerkops as dead fail to remember there was a period where Chris blamed returning to Ruckersville from Midlothian after high school for his life being ruined.

And he's had every day since then to leave again. Has he? No, he's shit himself and done nothing, which is what he'll do until he's forcibly evicted.

Wasn't that a statement made like 15 years ago?

He's changed since then.

BUT THEY THREATENED TO LOCK HIM OUT IF HE LEFT FOREVER AND BARB WAS GONNA KILL HERSELF IT WASNT HIS FAULT

Also before @Ballzymaker94 and @NinFreakLan he was supposedly talking with people about his options for moving out. I'm 85% sure he lives there because it's convenient, rent-free (more money for toys), and because he's fucking lazy. The other 15% is people telling him he has to be at that address for the merge.

He's changed since then.
The earliest I could find him mentioning it was 2013, in conversation with "Savannah"

Have you not noticed the perpetual five o'clock shadow and razor rash?

Sorry, I thought he posted a few years back that he got rid of his facial hair permanently but it might’ve just been a waxing.

True, but Barb has been manipulating him and psychologically abusing him. It was particularly bad after the Snyder trial in 2012 and it took the fire in 2014 to get him to even try and go out. Even then, a lot of his more recent behavior of going out and attempting socialization became more frequent at the same time Barb's health started declining more and more.

Correlation doesn't automatically equal causation, but given what we know about Barb's manipulative personality and the fact that Chris is a huge coward, I wouldn't be surprised if Barb still being alive is the only thing keeping Chris tied to the Hoard. He's probably going to try and leave 14 Branchland Court as soon as Barb's funeral is over and done with.

@GherkinRealness Chris may have stated how much he hates living in Ruckersville way back when and a lot has changed since then, and most of it has been for the worse.

The few good things that have happened for him since 2010 are fucking a hooker, trooning out, and going to the brony conventions. Other than that, you've had things like Bob dying, the Snyder case, Barb's abuse, the Idea Guys, and freaks like Sockness.

Chris probably hates 14 Branchland more now than he did when he made those videos.

Chris loves hoarding though. A subsidized apartment maybe has a dedicated bedroom at most. Usually it’s just a box with a kitchen, living space, and a closet sized bathroom. Chris will want to keep going to cons and accumulating more crap. When Barb finally dies he might be expecting to expand his MLP/funko/vidya pile into her former living areas.
