what I've been mulling over is the history of censorship as I ve lived it. Remember it used to be "Movie are bad" so there was the hayes code and later the MPAA. The Comics Code Authority, (what ever the fucking label was on CD's back in my day etc.

The more i think about these moral panics. The more I think these goof troop goons are just wanting flex power on something. In this case its just controling what media people consume what I dont get his how we got to the point where our media consumption makes us moral or not. Its just fucking weird.

Gary Glitters rock and roll part 2 was played in tones of 90's trailers. It was played at tones of ball games, and playig his song doesnt mean you condone anything he fucking did.

I'm not going to copy paste it all because there's a ton but basically there was 9 pages of people fed up with R. Guyovich shitposting and trolling in C-SPAM, and then people dug up a whole bunch of his old genocide denial posts. The thread basically turned into a giant roast and he got owned off of the forums.
