This just further solidifies my theory that the male VA's hate Vic solely due to envying him for drowning in pussy while they can't even get a woman to touch them, not even the most desperate conslut. Probably not even a whore (since they can't offer them enough money).

I'm not convinced that is actually Nick (and is thus real) but even if it were, there's literally nothing to see. At some point when the GFM was at $150k, before the defendants filed TCPA, they considered strategically dropping the case and picking it back up after TCPA reforms. Clearly, they decided it would do too much damage to the legal or PR side to do that, and that's why it never went past theorizing about it in (semi-)private.

It would have been pretty hilarious to stick MoRon and Marchi with lawyer bills because they refused to immediately file TCPA and instead ran up their bills first, but I imagine they decided there were some statute of limitations they decided not to refile for. This is a big ol' nothing.
