I've seen a ton of claims like this, but haven't been able to find a single plausible mechanism for this actually occurring. The colon graft method produces its own type of gross wetness, but I'm specifically curious about patients who claim to experience this after having undergone the penile inversion technique. It's almost certainly just another of the many lies they sell each other, but it could possibly be a mixture of sweat and draining wound fluids.

Love the image chosen for the link. Just as they did with the news of successful uterine transplants, they are now getting unrealistically hopeful for vaginal fluid transplants in trans patients. Considering there are definitely a lot of AGPs who would greatly enjoy the possibility of mining women for their vaginal fluid, this is fucking appalling.

There's some structure which name escapes me that basically preps the male urethra so that no sperm cells die from the acidic environment on the way out. Unless the prostate was rerouted through his neovagina, that's most likely the explanation. It's also particularly disgusting and I sincerely hope he cleans out that thing by sticking a pressure washer up there, because that's probably not good for a literal wound.

Also that neovagina looks more like a second anus with a fistula than a, you know, vagina. But wow, five whole inches of depth! Combined with that visibly abysmal diameter and the inability to strech like the real thing, you can maybe hold most of a pencil or two with that, which will be handy in case you need to make an emergency note or something.

None of the troon subs is 18+, they are advertised as child friendly and i am pretty sure that the average r/traaannns visitor is underage. Before you can report him for simply being underage, you have to convince site-admins that the troon shit is not for children. And then you might get one troon mod removed who immediately gets replaced by 5 even more crazy fetishists.

Additionally you have the problem that they did outsource the pedo shit to their discords. So even if you manage to collect enough shit to get them wiped out, reddit doesn't care because it's not on their platform and discord just deletes the account and they just create a new one and lose nothing.
