Kentucky has expanded Medicaid, which means Becky's no-income having ass qualifies. So yes, she has insurance. And if AL is telling the truth about finally paying muh taxes then well, technically she does pay for Beggy's insurance.

Regarding the exhaustion needed for her to sleep--no way. She's not getting enough oxygen, period. She wakes up tired, and spends the entire day trying to make it through to the next breath. More rest only wears her out worse
