from this (quoted verbatim from Nick's video):

„What we have is a man with a 20 year career and we have a group of people who have come out with allegations that date back 7 to 10 years, sometimes longer. The allegations seem to be unsupported by anything other than their word. Their allegations are undermined by the fact that these allegations remained silent for so long and not only did the allegations remain silent, but the people making the allegations not only worked closely with Mr. Mignogna, but also were very, very openly friendly, and publicly and privately friendly, with Mr. Mignogna during the entire time."
Nick has an admirer.

Ultimately, none of that will matter if any of the defendants get dragged back into the thick of things and THEN have to go through an actual trial should any of the charges go through. KV's premature victory lap will just end up being an example of why you should always listen out for the fat lady before claiming victory.

Monica and Jamie are already pretty fat, you're saying we have to find a fatter woman?
Hey, man. Don't be like that. Subway is at least pretty decent.

I thought he was just wanting to just get the liquor because he's dealing with a bunch of idiots and dead trees. Was I wrong?

Chupp seems unaware and unable to apply the law as written. In the case I was looking at, Chupp refused to hear arguments on why a company could not put up a 7 million dollar sanction in the register, Chupps response being "get a writ from the appeals court to avoid this."

So yeah he can't be bothered to do his job.

It's pretty weird.

I'm glad that we have something new to talk about surrounding the case, we went through somewhat of a lull in content between seasons.
I've been looking around and it seems like a lot of the ISWV crowd are making the same mistake, acting as if Vic has already won just by going ahead with the appeal. The chimpout that ensues should the case get thrown out a second time will be spectacular.
I've found getting most of my news around the case off KF and staying away from the toxic dumpster that is twitter for peoples terrible hottakes has really helped not getting too wrapped up in the whole ISWV stuff. It's more fun to just see where this takes us and the fireworks that its conclusion will give us. While I would like Vic to win the appeals I'm also not going to chimp out if he doesn't, either way I get to have a laugh at the meltdowns from which every side loses.

Why must people randomly caplock multiple words, it makes them come off a little unhinged especially in his case. Actually reading what he wrote makes it more than just a little unhinged.

Ok first of all, good to hear Vic is appealing, hope it goes well.

Second I will show what happens in a forum when you reduce it to the lowest common denominator, here it's Spacebattles after they went all hugbox.

Here

Apparently they were left with people so dumb that they don't know about the appeals being confirmed, and they think Vic getting over 300 people to come get his signature after changing venues is somehow evidence of Vic being washed up.

Like I said lowest common denominator.

Welp, it has happened - Vic's gonna appeal. Now I'll keep to my word and finally donate to the GFM putting my wallet where my mouth is and all that.

Hmm, how much should I throw into this...

EDIT: And done. I think I wrote a suitable comment saying what I wanted to say without overthinking it too much.
EDIT2: Let's be less exceptional and actually add the comment, dipshit. Way to ruin the mood.

What the fuck is their point? Fujoshits waste a shit ton of money on their degenerate "art", who are they (or anyone for that manner) to tell people how they spend their money?

If someone wants to spend a 1000$ on anything, that's their business. The only time it should ever be a problem is if that 1000$ dollars was appropriated from something else and is being illegally/immorally spent.

The reason why they get so angry at people giving monetary support to what they consider undesirables is because they can't get that kind of support, most of them couldn't get that amount of money even if they were auctioning themselves off.

Hell Vic auctioning that Jacket and a kiss for charity and matching the donation is probably more that any of them could obtain even if they tried.

i mean i generally do agree that donating half a month's income to this isn't the smartest thing to do. But in the end who gives a shit. It was a decision that was made by this very person (sorry for forgetting who you were fellow Kiwi) and nobody gets to say more than "Not what i would've done but you do you"

And these people wonder why nerds hate them.

They so hate the GFM. They hate that it’s still going strong. They hate that Vic has fans that’s really to give more than they need to. And they hate that Vic is going to appeal. They are so bitter about all this that it’s beautiful.
I don't see anything wrong with a $1000 donation to the GFM. However much money you donate to GFM for Vic's legal fees does help him. IIRC, the highest amount of money donated to it was higher than $1000. Either way Anything from $100 to more than a thousand dollars does help.

I'm sorry, point me to when Vic put a gun to his fans head demanding them to donate money to the GFM? No? He only said that he appreciates any donations but simply the thought alone is enough? Great, then shut up. And before you even start, no, Nick cannot get any money from the GFM itself, so him shilling it is not illegal or even immoral. And if we want to talk about ethics, did T. Greg Dickhead ever go through with his whole passing the Texas Bar Exam? You know, the exam that needed his own GFM to fund?
