Sweet cheeks is a common enough phrase that I wouldn't automatically assume it was used because of Nick, but if it is I can't be that upset at it to be honest. Like yeah the misogyny part is mega-cringeworthy, but if that exchange was meant to be a petty jab at Nick I'd applaud it for being somewhat subtle and more appropriate for the context than, say, Quetzalcoatl talking about Gamergate.
