Do you think it was intentional to make it look like Arin is wearing panties?
Do you think the Grump wears his wife's panties?

Nahh i think it is just lazyness. I think the model might just be a red void underneath the shirt and the white part is the shirt clipping. Still it looks bizarre.

I'm more distracted by that girl's legs. She's clearly wearing pants, but could she not have chosen a pant color that didn't color match her flesh tone? (if you don;t look too closely at the legs, it looks like her ankles are deformed).

Also, that sandal/sock combo makes it look like she has cloven feet.

I thought she did have cloven feet.
I don't know what's hip with the kids anymore and just thought it fit with her trendy modern design.

I honestly have never heard of the sooubway kid.
Other than earlier in this thread when Arin went nuts on some kid named Pelo.

Ookay, so tangent but unfortunately I feel obligated to explain this video a little better. Also I'm drunk.

The blue-haired chick is Tari, a character from a recent original 3D series called Meta Runner. The series in question is fairly mediocre in just about every possible respect, which in and of itself is impressive because the "brains" behind it are two Chinese-Australian brothers, Luke and Kevin who's ridiculous last name I'm not even going to try to type.

Who the fuck are these two, you ask? Why, they're the critically acclaimed writers behind such classics as "Reetarded 64: Mario's Spaghettira" (40 MILLION VIEWS) and "Who Let The Chomp Out" (51 MILLION VIEWS). In case the former's title wasn't a dead giveaway, these videos primarily center around the hilarious and highly original idea of Mario being a stupid, lazy, food-obsessed fatass, an idea that was most certainly not thoroughly beaten to death by Newgrounds circa 2001. "But Cleverly Disguised Ethnic Genocide Suggestion" I hear you ask, "surely the production values of these videos are at least on par with the average Gmodder's work to have such high view counts... right?"

This is the part where I laugh obnoxiously for several minutes.

Barebones wiggling and tossing with the gravity gun, invisible exploding barrels, and quarter-assed greenscreening done with the original SM64 model. Oh, and the main creator (Luke) has a Mario recolor OC insert who is both smarter than Mario but also a victim of self-deprecating "lololo our creator sux" humor. And an evil clone. Because of course he does.

Despite a total lack of talent and quality control across the board, this somehow managed to become so popular that Tari was added, along with a bunch of other paper-thin characters who don't even warrant naming (lame otaku, obnoxious narcissist, crazy japanese chick, spunky but troubled girl, etc) in order to fatten up the cast and write "more complex" story-driven content.

And by more complex I mean embarrassingly juvenile forced drama centering around characters with all the depth of a cardboard cutout, often paired with the laughably bad voicework of the two creators themselves. This further grew the series' viewer base... somehow, resulting in them pitching and getting funded for their own fully original series, centering on an alt version of Tari, with funding from AMD, Crunchyroll, and the Australian government. Yes Roofuckers, this means you are footing the bill for this shit now.

"But surely this was a huge success?"

HAW.

Go to the channel. Click on videos. Click on "most popular." The first episode of Meta Runner, clocking in at 1.5 Million views, does not even appear on the page. Every single episode since TWO has been crushed by the channel's original type of content in view count across the board, compared weekly and across the series entire run, and the two episodes before the series finale have yet to crack the 500K mark, despite their counterparts in the original Reetarded Mario videos hitting over a million within the same time frame. This show is a failure, and it's no surprise that the dying GameGrumps channel has opted to try to co-opt the rapidly evaporating hype in hopes that it will help bolster their own failing product.

I will note for the record that the most successful video on the GameGrumps channel that is an actual episode of the show failed to break the 8 million mark in five years, while these talentless boomerang chuckers have managed the same feat dozens of times in half the time.

SHAMEFUR DISPRAY!

Do not ask me how or why I know all this. The answer is "Fuck you, I'm drunk."

It has to be better than Game Grumps' youtube red series which was about League and uh... a messy house?

Is this a video game parody webcomic from 2006? What the fuck is happening in this dumpster world?

I took your advice and did just that, their biggest video was 5 years ago and (somehow) has 51M views. I kept scrolling, wondering to myself what the view count drop off is like. It took going down 74 videos to even dip below the 5M view mark, video from 1 year ago. I reached the bottom of the Most Popular page (when it stops auto-refreshing) which was about 200 total videos; and failed to drop below the 2.1M view count. Taking a look at the life time of some of the videos as well; they have some videos that are less than a year old with 4M to 5M views on them.

This is fucking insane, but if this is the kind of shit that gets views; then the Grumps are dead, they just don't know it yet.

And don't worry, we all do stupid shit when we're drunk.

I would like to add, as a internet boomer, that SMG4 initially started as a oh-so-funny SM64 blooper channel, back when those were fairly. I guess since that well dried up, they've been making SFM videos and are somehow still going big, which amazes me greatly.

Anyway, I guess this video is what Arin's berating of long time animator friends culminated in.

I never expected Arin having a mental breakdown over some kid mocking storytime animators would lead to an ugly 3d model of him looking like he wore panties.
