This is not him acting remotely sensible, it's him twisting the decision into being a "win" by saying that it affirms that it's illegal to discriminate against trans people as long as penises isn't involved, which is not what the decision says at all. It affirms (in a non-legal sense) that it may be illegal to deny services to trans people if providing it is "materially" the same as providing it a cis person. Numerous non-anatomy related reasons are mentioned in the decision as being material differences, which Oger has conveniently ignored.

But that is dishonest. When we are talking about a place where privacy matters -- especially in vulnerable places like bathrooms/showers/sleeping quarters -- whether or not someone is physically a male (whether he still has a penis or not) is relevant. And those troons can fuck off if they say differently. They can repeat it 10 million times for all I care -- repetition does not make it true. And trying to do so is taking a page right out of the Nazi handbook: Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth. I hope that works out as well for the troons as it did the Nazis.
