The girl in the picture is certainly not J, and she did deny everything alledged in the article, and asked KV to stop using her picture, twice.
I'm quite sure that I'm not mistaking the brunette girl for the redhead girl as I didn't even know about the later one before you told me.
So I guess there is a redhead whose picture was used without consent.
But the brunette girl's picture was also used without her consent.
And neither of them are J. Heck, J probably doesn't even exist.

The redhead girl only said "they included some photos without crediting or noticing" and then went "I did not consent".
The brunette girl explicitly denied everything said about J on twitter and stated that she is Vic's fan.
And she also directly asked KV to stop using her picture in replies on twitter.

It's fine if we can't figure out her gmail account. I don't think knowing exactly what her account is is important. The existence of it alone is important for the purposes of discovery should Chupp's decisions be overturned on appeals and her not providing that email demonstrably shows she hiding stuff.

You are also very confused. The redhead girl, Casey J Harwood, said this.
It is in reference to this photo lifted from vic's fansite and on the Jan 30th version of the ANN article. It was redacted on Feb 4th.

The person in that photo is, according to ANN, "J". It exists nowhere else. It wasn't lifted from some fanpage like the others they got busted on. It was acquired some other way. It is still there on the article even after countless revisions. If you have proof of a person stepping forward and openly saying they are the person in the picture it would be the first bit of proof of that in this entire thread.
@mindlessobserver made a mistake in the OP insinuating Casey J Harwood is "J" from the ANN article. She isn't. "J" is the TCPA girl. Since the revision in February ANN has those photos quite clearly stating that they are "J".
