Depending on age and gender differentials between victim and abuser, the stats range anywhere from 10-35% of victims becoming perpetrators.

Using words like "quite likely" "a lot" and "often" stigmatizes victims of childhood abuse (sexual and nonsexual) and assumes their futures as adult abusers are deterministic, and that is unequivocally false.
