Even Glowniggers need their down time, I'm not convinced. Or could be an attempt to blend in as @DanteAlighieri said. The majority of interaction is about Nazis, I just find that suspicious.
Was he actually fitting in? All of his posts are weird and don't fit in with the culture. Seems like a fed would have joined months ago when Christchurch occurred rather then a month ago.

He wasn't using VPN or Tor based on what Null said. He's probably just stupid.

I wonder if this is some big brained entrapment scheme to punish the guy for reposting the manifesto while still trying to skirt around the first amendment.

Wouldn't take too much research to find Null's reputation in handling situations like this. Obviously putting together all that work, asking him to keep it quiet but specifically telling him he doesn't have to legally is a guarantee to have him post it here. A bunch of folks will no doubt ping the target who probably isn't sophisticated about these things and will start deleting copies off his computer or trying to change his personal information on the site or really doing absolutely anything once he has been informed he's the target of an investigation so they can start jamming him up on obstruction/tampering with evidence/whatever the fuck else they can think of.

That probably goes for Null himself and anyone involved including moderators. Kick the hornet's nest and try to round up anyone you can't get for actual crimes on petty process crimes (that thanks to our government are still felonies carrying significant prison sentences).

Basically don't delete remove or edit anything (obstruction, evidence tampering). Don't contact anyone to discuss the matter (witness tampering) and don't talk to any federal agent without a lawyer no matter how innocuous it may seem (lying to a federal official).

No he wasn't fitting in, but his posting seems like someone who thought that was the site culture and rolled with it. I also don't think Christchurch comes into it at all because I reckon this is more about anti-semitism

It's like when Musk asked on Twitter 'who do you think owns the media?' and immediately 500 bluecheck media Jews came screaming out of the woodwork hysterically shouting "ARE YOU SAYING ITS THE JEWS WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?!"
The thing about the blue checkmark crowd is they’re quick to hop onto some kind of self perceived moral high ground, even in spite of the person they’re responding to being right. None of them have the guts to say anything to the contrary.

Ask them why Cuckerberg gets exempt from all this first

Cuckberg is one of the first people to hand over information about anything that goes down on his shitty platform.

Only in the US, there were several recent cases where Facebook refused to provide information to Law enforcement outside the US to help investigations. The Lucy McHugh murder case for example in the UK, evidence was lost because Facebook refused to allow access to messages between her and her murderer.

This feels fishy

Probably because it's less about the user itself and more about getting the Owner to show up so they can look for other things they do not like to shut down the website and/or arrest the Owner. Either that or Interpol wants @fag0t and asked the US government to help. Personally I put my money on going after Null for other issues rather than just this one

Do you think Null ever gets tired of having people quote the faggot law line every time he posts to this board?

All in all, this was an extremely underwhelming reason for the warrant canary going down. I half expected the FBI to have inquired about Yawning being a serial killer, not overreaching bullshit about materials regarding a pathetic loser who failed to do anything he set out to accomplish.

Interesting. So @fag0t said in the comment "this is pdfs he uploaded about the plan and equipment lists" and they want to track down @fag0t.

Edit: Also in this comment, fag0t says he can't download the video from Twitch. Ie he's obviously not the shooter.
Yeah but he wanted to watch the shooting. Definitely need a Grand Jury for that!

So either this guy was an accomplice or was fed/spook bait?

I understand that the US has a law right now where the popo can just roll up to your home and take your freedom cannons.
You mean red flag laws right? Those aren't just the police rolling up to grab guns. They have to have their gun-grabbing adjudicated by a court first and afaik there has to be a specified time limit on how long they can hold your guns before returning them. But in any case, red flag laws are only on the books in like 13 states.

In respect to running Kiwi Farms even though the US is bad, everywhere else is worse. Nowhere else has speech protections as strong as the first amendment.

While that's true, I'd imagine it'd be very difficult to press charges against Kiwifarms under ukrainian or russian jurisdiction, for instance.
I highly doubt any eastern-european court is going to give two shits about mountain jews or screeching faggots trying to press charges about "muh doxxxxing".

That may come at the expense of other speech protections, but could be worth it to protect against US government overreach.
Which very much seens to be the case in this instance.

@Null: You talked about your intention to move to Poland a while ago, that's another thing where relocating "Lolcow LLC" could prove beneficial.
Running a small business/tech startup is one way to get a permanent work/residence permit in Russia, for instance.
I'd imagine they have somewhat similar requirements in Poland; that might be something worth looking into.
