Even if he is taking medicine, he drinks to excess on every livestream. He probably mixes pills and alcohol. He also went on live today (not uploaded) for 5 mins saying everyone needs to stop speculating because he can't control the side effects of his medication. I saw him literally nod off and fall asleep on a livestream a few weeks ago. He also admitted to meeting up with guys off tinder regularly and not using protection. He's a whole mess. Cringe.
