Drawings that sexualize children are still bad. The space that exists in our mind's eye is a real one and must be maintained to certain standards.

People can't control what they like or dislike. Trying to get somebody to "stop liking something" is essentially what gay conversion therapy was about, and considering that was a resounding failure I don't think it's possible to police your desires. If you try to, then eventually you just project your desires onto everybody else. That's how you end up with people pushing anti-homosexual stuff in public who are closeted gays, because they're ashamed of it and don't want to admit their own desires.

What about women with rape fantasies? Are those "tarnishing your mind's eye" as well, because they seem quite regular.

I like a art style, and while saying liking loli makes you a pedo or sick fuck is solely based on how you are, to the normal person it is.

Personally, I'm against censorship and people should be able to enjoy whatever the hell they like but because of how the world is and the stereotypes of its target demographic to the average person it's bad. I don't think loli is bad; I think the fanbase is bad. The problem starts when you can't determine what's real and if youre using loli to enact your dark pleasure.
