You honestly think MoRonica is willing to settle? After what they did? After stabbing Vic in the back after 20+ years of working together? After 400+ tweets claiming he sexually assaulted 100+ women? They wouldn't settle, not after this. Not after they've burned their bridges with Vic, and they won't stop until he's under ground 6 feet under.

The lawyers are all looking at each other nervously because they know this whole thing will unravel at appeals. That if the TCPA fails, none of them will be getting paid the full amount of what they are owed.
A successful appeal will be a loss on all fronts. Publicity, Case and financially.
But the defendants wish to keep fighting, dragging the lawyers down with them.

It's more like they give credit to the theories that there's a conspiracy by actively engaging in conspiring behavior such as sabotaging cons that invite Vic, harassing con owners to break contracts and rallying everyone they know into a mob mentality to do everything to destroy a man based on meritless accusations with no proof whatsoever besides a bunch of psychopaths saying it happened and then dodging everyone or blocking everyone that asks for the proof they are so adverse to giving despite their constant reassurance that they do in fact have it and having absolutely no reason to with hold it.

This random convention that invited Vic is MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM but the numerous GFMs Low T Greg did with little to no result while he goes to Disney and proposes despite not having any income and being in a ton of debt checks out.

I don't think I'll ever understand Lemonhead's logic. All these recent requests he's made don't make a lot of sense. KV says there's no case... and no lawyer on the planet would see an inkling of a case here. So, it seems utterly useless to gather any more evidence here. KV defending this is stupid as well. There is no need for the defendants to try to refute the appeal with evidence. But I don't know how appeals work. Is this even normal?
I can only conclude that they are indeed trying to intimidate and silence Chris, much like they attempted to do so with Nick. It didn't work the first time, and I doubt it will work now... but it does look like they are trying to send a message to Vic's supporters and scare them out of sharing information with Vic's legal team. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the next filing would be a notice to depose Vic's mom. The defendants are truly disgusting.
In regards to this new convention that KV is trying to convince everyone is a "scam"... I can agree that the website is very amateur. But we can't write it off because of that. They might not have an appropriate person or team to design and code their website. The prices aren't that strange. $40 for a one day pass is relatively normal. $70 for 2 days may seem like a lot, but it's like paying $35 a day... Which is normal. The $500 dollar pass is similar to special access passes you can get at other cons. I think Anime Expo has one for $475... Which isn't too far off. Maybe they could tweak their prices, but it's too early to tell. They might get a ton of guests and have a lot to do that would make it worth it. Also, the amount of sponsors they get might affect their prices as well. Being new, the consumers might have to put in a little more to support it.

Something a lot of people properly don't think about is the fact that if Vic goes under and KV wins, someone else is gonna get the same treatment they've given Vic and if that happens I sure as hell ain't gonna support them, why? Because they had their chance with Vic and did nothing but stick their thumbs up their asses until it was their turn to get on the chopping block. Vic is pretty much saving a lot of peoples asses by being a lightning rod for the crazies right now abidt unwillingly. The only ones I am willing to cut some slack to are the people that openly or secretly help him out. Because if Vic loses for real, I don't think the Dub community is gonna survive and I would rather want to see it burn.
