I think this article, that Australian article on lawyers getting interested in possible medical malpractice suits against gender "affirming" treatment for kids, that Canadian library refusing to cancel Murphy's talk, and the LGB forming their own movement are all signs that we are inching towards peak trans. Who wouldn't put their name on the deed? And who is this "we" he speaks of? If he owns a house jointly with someone, that's a pretty big commitment. And if his name isn't on the deed, I would think that would put him at risk of the other person having him removed and taking over the house as his/her property should that relationship go south.
