In terms of actually advancing the far right agenda, yeah it would be dumb to release this audio because it discredits the rest of the far right by association.

But then again... Milo isn't actually right wing, he's just a gay diva looking for attention and money through strumming up controversy. I think most of the eceleb branch of far-rightness already discredited itself just by participating in Charlottesville, or any other rally, march or public event organized around extreme internet politics.
