Lemonparty wants every cent of the GFM and then some. Chupp will Chupp it up and give him almost everything in all likely hood. Chupp knows this gets appealed, so he most likely doesn't care about the number.

If they can take the entire amount of GFM and then some in a judgement then they would win on both fronts. Right now they have roughly a 1/4 million each in plausable Chupp level fees. If Chupp adds punative it could reach 1/2 or even 3/4 a million given Chupp's actions so far.

That tweet Chuck posted that was talking about celebrating the downfall of another person? Yeah, that wasn't about people celebrating Vic's ruin, as I expected. That was about emosh celebrating that Dom got suspended, as he confirms here.

redreign has deleted their tweet now and apologized to Chuck. Looks like Chuck's making loads of new friends. Jennifer, redreign...redreign is also the person that lost their shit a week back or so when Vic said something like: "always make sure to ask before you hug someone. don't wanna offend anybody." during an Unlocked stream, accusing him of "making fun of his victims".

You are not responsible for how the fans behave, especially if they’re doing it on their own free will.

Although I was disappointed in Chuck Huber, now I’m angry at him, because this is the last thing I’d expect him to do. The sensible thing for Chuck to do is to just keep his mouth shit and move on from this. Otherwise, he’s going to alienate more and more fans with this bullshit.

Thanks. He says he's well informed but it's obvious he isn't which is fine I suppose. My only issue with disagreements is when they lack sense.

I do not believe a trial court has the jurisdiction to order attorney's fees for higher courts.

The real serious issue is that Chuck is doing exactly what the other side wanted Vic to do and that is to admonish his supporters constantly and repeatedly. He’s doing this by initiating conversations with random Twitter users, which is a huge no-no.

First, no one is responsible for what the other fans do. Vic can make a five-minute statement explaining why you shouldn’t “harass” anyone and it still wouldn’t sway anybody. If a fan called Monica a “fat whore”, that’s not Vic’s fault. If a fan wished Jamie got gang raped in an alley, Vic is also not responsible.

Second, if the other side is doing worse and you’re not saying anything, that makes you two-faced. Because then you’re accused of double standards.

And third, even if you reprimand them, if they get less brutal criticism for doing far worse, then that makes you gullible and ignorant. Why do they get a good pat on the back for harassing con owners, but you get chastised for laughing at someone getting their Twitter suspended? I agree, it makes no sense.

I don’t hate Chuck; I hate what he’s doing, and what he’s doing is causing more harm than good for Vic and even himself. I’m more angry and disappointed in him, and a lot of guys here on KF are justified in their anger towards him. In fact, many of us are worried that his actions could potentially fuck up Vic’s case, which is why we think Ty should just cut ties with him.

That being said, I’m glad you and him were able to settle this peacefully and on good terms. The last thing we need to see is a conversation between a fan and someone he likes end badly.

Traditionally, the solution when the 1st amendment fails -- which as mentioned above includes the right of the people to petition the Government for a redress of grievances (i.e., to use people who have wronged you, among other things) -- is the 2nd amendment. It's why they're in that order.

I'm not saying if a loophole fucks Vic he should use his last savings to buy a high powered rifle. Of course not.

I'm saying that if these MeToo Hoaxes, these Woke Lynch mobs continue as they are, it's literally only a matter of time before idiots like MoRonica pull a stunt like this and someone decides not to go away and die, decides not to kill themselves, but decides to make these smug fuckers pay.
